Book a room with a window! Staff were great, but room average. All very clean. Breakfast was quite basic. Perfectly positioned though for the city. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay here again.

It's Vietnam, so by nature, hotels aren't exactly of the best standard. Nevertheless, the hotel met expectations, but didn't do anything to exceed it. It was relatively clean by Vietnam standards, but even with no window, the room was loud and we could hear HCMC outside. The safe didn't work initially, however was remedied eventually. There was a miscommunication with... More

We had booked one kind of room, which turned out to be in the back half of the hotel. We told the staff it didn't look like the photos we had seen, so they showed us another room at the front of the hotel. It was a little more per day but absolutely worth the extra price - much larger... More

If location on a budget is what you are looking for this hotel would be an excellent choice. It is located behind the Caravelle and very close to the Opera House, restaurants and shopping. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights when on a business trip combined with an extra night for vacation. Our room was simple, clean and... More

We booked for 2 rooms for 5 ppl and stayed for 3 nights. This was the 2nd time I visited Vietnam and all my friends are first time visiting. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and equiped with hair dryer, mini bar fridge and toiletries. Price are reasonably with breakfast, hot food tasted good but not much bread varieties. Opposite with... There are 2 elevators for this hotel. Rooms off the front elevator are nice and as shown in the photos. Rooms off the back elevator are dingy, dirty, dark, and nothing like what the photos show on the popular online booking sites. Staff were average. When I went to pay for the room by credit card, they told me I... More

This is a reasonably priced, well run hotel, with good rooms, good breakfasts, and pleasant very helpful staff. The rooms on the lower (first) floor are a bit noisy, and on weekends the music from the nearby night club goes on for a while, but the upper floors are fine

I stayed here for 3 nights. The rate is reasonable and the room is decent. The location is convenient, it's in district 1 and a walking distant to most of the main attractions (the Opera House, City Hall, Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, etc). The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The most important thing... More

If we had known that this is a hardcore smoking hotel, we would not have booked rooms here. It's clean, the staff speak very limited English, the traffic noise is frequent, the location is good. Bottom line: if you are a smoker or don't mind stinking like an ashtray, plus you don't mind traffic noise, then this is the place... More

Stayed here for one night in a room with two twin beds. The room was clean but the combination of the fan over one bed and the ticking clock made for a constant background noise. Likely wouldn't notice with ear plugs but I needed to hear my alarm go off. The included breakfast didn't appeal to me, but there's a... More
