I stayed here for a (1) night. Arrived quite late around 8ish and got my room as requested. The receptionist should have customer service training because when I checked-in, I felt like I wasn't welcome at all. The other problem was when I was on the ninth floor (my room), the hallway had funny smell. Oh well that doesn't matter... More

we booked through AGODA, for a room for three with breakfast. It was my third visit to HCMC. previously stayed at other hotels nearby. The worst experience. The reception was very unhelpful. Busy with their own kids. We got a room with no windows at all, but we requested for one. the room was quite small for three. we can... More

PRO : 1. Suite class/size room (2 queen bed + living room) with only USD45/night. 2. Offered the most ample spacious room selection within reasonable cost (after few thorough research around the area via net). No doubt about that! 3. Interior finishing (entrance + lobby + room) is good. Reflecting a great hotel to have a picture with. CON :... More

I spent two nights at this hotel. The staff were friendly and, all things considered, also reasonably helpful (well, except for the lady at the reception). Don't expect any super bargain for the money you are going to pay, though. Some rooms don't have windows (and so they're quite dim) and there's no hot water in the tap. The breakfast... More

We were travelling to HCMC on a budget and this ticked all the boxes back in April 2014. Very Basic. We did our research and knew about providing our passports to front reception (as it is required over there, which i found extremely ridiculous but oh well). We left our valuables with the reception in their safe. Dont rely on... More

This hotel was very clean, the employees can speak English but the restaurant's staff's weren't nice. I booked for two nights at this hotel with breakfast but what I found out in the second day I couldn't eat at the restaurant. The restaurant was close only for certain people. How come they could say that without checked my reservation from... More

We stayed at Thanh Long Tan for 6 nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Only bad thing about the hotel was that housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms daily like most places. You have to ask them for towels and toilet paper. The location is very close to Cho Ben Thanh markets and other convenience stores. Watch... More

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It also near Ben thanh market and there is a tour agency (Inner Vietnam Travel) just opposite the hotel. I booked a half day tour to the cuchi tunnel at 7USD. Walking distance from the bus stop if you are taking 152 from the airport. The only downside is the buffet breakfast. The spread is... More
