Queen Ann Hotel was my first hotel I stayed in Vietnam and it was very good. The room was really clean, quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly, willing to help and keen to ensure your stay is pleasant. The in-house restaurant is on the 10th floor, has a nice view over the city.... More

Fine location within restaurants serving traditional Vietnamese noodles, all the staff are friendly and accommodating. The space is not that large yet it provides everything you need in your stay. One particular thing I noted is that housekeeping services comes then knocks at your door while you're sleeping just to inform you that they are there. I am more amused... More

This spot was located well, making it easy to walk to the sights or jump in a cab with ease. The room was a decent size, modern, clean and the street was quiet enough. The internet was zippy and the air conditioning worked as well as most AC in the South East Asia area, which means you need to give... More

The Queen Ann Hotel was my first in Vietnam and it was very good. The room was really clean, quite comfortable and had surprisingly quite, given its street frontage (I was on the 4th floor). The bathroom was similarly clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly, willing to help and keen to ensure your stay is pleasant. The in-house... More

We booked late for this hotel but consequently got a very good price. Didn't get to breakfast as had early morning departure, so cant comment on that, but the staff organized a take away breakfast for us - not exciting but included a welcome bottle of water, and was a nice thought. Room wasn't huge but was very clean, and... More

Staffs are friendly and nice, probably except maybe one of the receptionist who assists to do the check-in. Met 2 different bell boy, and their captain. I have to say, their service is really good. They helped us out when we asked for directions. Basic amenities are there, and good enough for a few days stay. Stayed in level 5,... More

Reception staffs and the doorman are very helpful. Basic amenities in the rooms and they are clean too. Breakfast is average but staffs in the cafe are rude and restless. They do not smile and even when they make you wait, they do not apologize at all. The lady in the massage center asked for their tips even before we... More

We were totally uset, but they came back to us and told that they are ready to provide a suite with no extra charge (we booked Superior room). The room was small but cute.
