As soon as you come from the airport to the hotel, a crew of staff members come out and greet you then carry your luggage to your room. The hotel has a complementary breakfast in the modern designed "cherry restaurant" next door connected to the hotel. The rooms are clean and simple. And it is close to many attractions and... More

Nothing to say much. It s on the street with many traffics. Need update and renew. it s very close the airport so we stay there; to catch the next plane. Close to the airport and Mini Mart, restaurants, with hamburger, etc.

Stayed here on business and it was not somewhere I would pay to return. We stayed on 5th floor and had nothing but problems. Our room was infested with ants that never let up, always in luggage, bathrooms and on any food we had left out, even if it was closed. The bathroom was very old, the tub constantly leaked... More

Although this hotel is near to the airport, but it was a horrible experience to stay here. Air con is constantly down due to electrical trips, bed bugs, no water in rooms the first day, pay for drinking water, breakfast was horrid, incompetent staff, the nearest convenient store is not even walkable, virtually no night life. Last time staying in... More

I was staying at the Bel Ami Hotel (same management as this hotel, but very new) down the street, for a meeting. The group held a function in the lobby of this hotel. So I only had a chance to evaluate food/catering, public facilities, and staff attitude. The food was very good, red and white wine from Dalat was quite... More

This hotel is rated 3 star but in reality it shouldn't rate any stars at all. The lobby stank of cigarette smoke and the furnishings were worn and shabby. The bedroom was spacious but was stark and uninviting and not as clean as we would have liked. There was only cold water from the bathroom basin taps but thankfully the... More

When I check in to the room 1) Aircon leaking, and last night, air con beak down. 2) realize that there nowhere to shop or do. Need to take a taxi if you wanna do shopping or some night life. 3) order food with no veg request and Te food came with veg, refuse the food but still have to... More
