I have stayed many times in this Group's hotels, this one really disappointed me. I had to pay up front, that was a first. the room was minute but the bed very comfortable. Difficult to get into the shower room. overpriced, compared to others in the Group. The breakfast was terrible, hardly any choice & what there was, was cold.

Not too bad however the breakfast is poor, i paid 75$ for VIP room but it's not value for money. The room is ok, big, clean, staffs are not too helpful. Maybe i am vietnamese but i speak English then they don't respect much. I only stay one night. I tried A&Em Hai Ba Trung, its newer.

I have stayed in a dozen hotels in Saigon, and despite this being on the more expensive side, it is definitely the worst. Room with no windows, terrible noise insulation, unhelpful management (some staff lovely though). Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else.

Position is great, right on the market, but there are plenty of hotels around here so I would advise trying some other place. The hotel looks well in pictures, but in real life it is really quite decadent, which wouldn't be such a big deal, but the deal breakers are: NO BATHROOM DOOR, only a curtain (........) the room is... They have balcony facing Benh Tanh market. 2 minutes to Halal Restaurant, Serai. WiFi very fast. Booked through agoda because its cheap. But... More

We stayed in this hotel in May 2012. The first experience was very bad. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that they had cancelled our booking on their own accord. As the staff is not very conversant in English, it was very difficult to explain and understand the whole experience. After a lot of discussion they offered us... More

This is a very narrow hotel right behind the Ben Tranh Market. There are 4 rooms on each of the lower floors. The standard doubles are 'landlocked' , there are no windows. The rear rooms altho larger may have a window but barely opens. The rooms are clean, flat screen tv, wifi (best to have 802.11N wifi devices) nice bathrooms... More

The location is very nice, right at Ben Thanh market. The rooms are clean with LCD cable TV, Free WIFI , security cameras in every floor. I stay here every time my wife and my relatives comes to visit me here in Vietnam. I did recommend this hotel to my friends and they like and stay here. The rooms size... More
