Great hotel, professional polite staff. Ving the door man is the guy to go to Incredible breakfast and great location Museums are close by, good shopping, and quite a few discos and night clubs within a few blocks.

Cute little boutique hotel, very typical of the Saigon style of boutique hotels. Nice big room with a spa and firm and comfy bed. The staff were mostly friendly and there is one dedicated English speaker on duty at all times. The location is a little further from Ben Thanh (though still walking distance) and central shopping district - that... More

Stayed three nights here and was happy. Hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but is adequate. There are at least two coffee places just down the road to have an alternate breakfast. Wifi is great and up at all times. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for about a week in July. The location was very good, the deluxe room was large enough, clean, and had a nice view. But the breakfast was terrible, I personally did not know what to eat and only ate boiled egg and drank tea. Everything else looked like they were there for days and did not look... More

Sophia I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and I have decided not to return. The reason I went back was overall they are not too bad but after staying in some other hotels in vietnam I realise they are way overpriced for what they provide. Breakfast is included with all rooms and it has always been bland... More

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler in the city. The taxi ride to the hotel from the airport didn't make for a good start as the driver misheard me, taking me to the 'Sofitel' hotel instead which wasn't that far from the Sophia hotel anyway. The reception staff were cordial and attentive, even hauling a room safe... More

Enjoyed our two nights stay at Saigon at the start of our 3 week Across the SE Asian journey and much was for the reason of our Hotel at HCM City/Saigon. Good service, good location, nice beds and insuite restrooms. Couldn't ask for more value for a buck! Would've been 5 stars for me if the breakfast would've been better... More

We stayed here for five nights at the end of February while visiting our son who lives nearby. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful providing us with water while waiting for tacked Tec and information about the city advising us to remove jewellery and not carry bags late st night. The hotel is situated in a side street in the Japanese District of Ho-Chi-Minh-City. All the major sights are in walking distance and there are a few very nice restaurants and cafés in proximity. The rooms are standard and very clean. The bathroom was very modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast did not meet fully our... More

The staff is really service minded. We were given a bigger room with an extra beg, without us asking for it and without being charged extra for it (we are 2 adults & a child). It is a good hotell for staying centrally in Ho Chi Minh. Close to Cathedral, operahouse, market & museum. Perfect to walk from this hotell... More
