We stayed here for about a week in July. The location was very good, the deluxe room was large enough, clean, and had a nice view. But the breakfast was terrible, I personally did not know what to eat and only ate boiled egg and drank tea. Everything else looked like they were there for days and did not look... More

Sophia I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and I have decided not to return. The reason I went back was overall they are not too bad but after staying in some other hotels in vietnam I realise they are way overpriced for what they provide. Breakfast is included with all rooms and it has always been bland... More

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler in the city. The taxi ride to the hotel from the airport didn't make for a good start as the driver misheard me, taking me to the 'Sofitel' hotel instead which wasn't that far from the Sophia hotel anyway. The reception staff were cordial and attentive, even hauling a room safe... More

Enjoyed our two nights stay at Saigon at the start of our 3 week Across the SE Asian journey and much was for the reason of our Hotel at HCM City/Saigon. Good service, good location, nice beds and insuite restrooms. Couldn't ask for more value for a buck! Would've been 5 stars for me if the breakfast would've been better... More

We stayed here for five nights at the end of February while visiting our son who lives nearby. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful providing us with water while waiting for tacked Tec and information about the city advising us to remove jewellery and not carry bags late st night. Breakfast was included in the... More

The hotel is situated in a side street in the Japanese District of Ho-Chi-Minh-City. All the major sights are in walking distance and there are a few very nice restaurants and cafés in proximity. The rooms are standard and very clean. The bathroom was very modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast did not meet fully our... More

The staff is really service minded. We were given a bigger room with an extra beg, without us asking for it and without being charged extra for it (we are 2 adults & a child). It is a good hotell for staying centrally in Ho Chi Minh. Close to Cathedral, operahouse, market & museum. Perfect to walk from this hotell... More

Early check in without any supplément. Really good and fast wifi/internet ( was able to upload a 500 meg files ) Breakfast is great. Got a cheaper hôtel for the first night but for a couple of euro you should really consider this hôtel as an option. Staff is really nice and gives really good advice that can help you... More

I have been coming to this hotel for several years and, in general, was satisfied with it. This time I was not given my requested room but was put into a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. They were unable to change me to a non-smoking room because they really don't have any, in spite of advertising that they do.

This hotel has a spectacular location, which would have been even better had we not visited during Tet, when many local establishments are closed. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is attentive and friendly. For me, the best aspect of the hotel was the delicious breakfast, featuring local foods. I particularly enjoyed the preserved duck eggs...they were... More
