Stayed as part of a tour and then as a private guest. Location is really well placed for city and riverside. Bar has happy hour, breakfast has lots to chose from and rooms are really clean and comfortable. Upgrade as a private guest was really luxurious. Large clean room and bathroom, good bed and lounge area. If you have the... More

Our 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh were spent at this hotel. Good location, walking distance to centre of the City. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance which is great after a day spent touring the Cu Chi tunnels or walking around the City attractions. On a street parallel to our hotel, a small gate way led into... More

Stayed here as part of a tour so knew nothing about the hotel when we arrived. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the bar was clean and comfortable offering a long happy hour so drinks were very cheap. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. Only complaint would be the bathrooms are small which is a minor... More

The problem with this hotel is that they hype themselves up to being a fantastic hotel. You then start to have great expectations only to find it is a good possibly better then average hotel. It is in a good location in district one. Clean rooms, nicely decorated and the staff were very polite and were always willing. The main... More

This hotel was a bit of a surprise. It was in a quiet street with easy walking distance to the main things to see in Saigon. It was only about a block from the Opera house. It had a great roof top restaurant for breakfast with an outside terrace. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance.

The winner for this hotel is location as it's smack in the middle of town and it's more upmarket cousins like the Hyatt, Sheraton, etc. That said it's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. We stayed 3x nights in a perfectly acceptable and clean room - that said some of the rooms apparently have no windows,... More

The location of the hotel is good but that says it all. Stained carpets, uninterested evening/night staff at the reception, poor maintenance, noisy rooms, very slow wifi, ... made our stay not pleasant. We were given "luxury" rooms at the end of the corridor with view on the water/airco infrastructure (see picture). They assured us that there would be no... More

From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby we loved it. The staff were welcoming and helped take our bags to our rooms. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and generous sized bathrooms (including a bath!!). The room was quiet during the night. Our room did not have any view really, but others in our group... More

I don't write reviews very often, and as someone who's worked service, I'm generally loathe to complain. But this hotel was the low point of our travels in Southeast Asia. Don't be fooled by the grandiose lobby. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, but the air conditioner barely worked, there's no hot water, and the bed is as hard as... More
