Our final stay in Vietnam was in Ho Chi Minh City. We arrived from the beautiful, relaxing Phu Quoc into the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City. After advice from trip advisor we booked here at Nguyen Khang hotel and were very pleased. The reception is amazing, the hotel is very clean (they even ask all patrons to... More

We found a cheaper hotel around the corner in the main district. The room was a shoe box- there were people working on the hotel outside our window which couldn't be helped. But it did come with a toilet & shower. There were power issues while we were there, meaning that the wifi and lights were useless, but the hotel... More

Stayed here in March and had no problems. It is a basic hotel but clean and close to most things. The first time I stayed for 4 nights then went to Cambodia and stayed another 4 nights when I got back. Ms. Huong always replied to my email inquiries promptly. I booked this hotel because of the closeness to the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights then went to Can Tho for a night and came back again for another night. Even though the staff struggle with English they all did their best to accommodate our family. Rooms are basic but what you need whilst there. Breakfast is also very basic but included in the price so we weren't complaining. A... More

Staff at the hotel were very efficient when booking and further services including airport pick up and drop off. We spent the first night in room 503 which we found a bit noisy so we moved the next night to room 303 which was the same size but quiet. Room was basic but adequate. Double bed with air con and... The main selling point of this hotel is the location; very accessible and right at the heart of District 1 in HoChiMinh City. As for the rooms, they were a bit small in my opinion, and the AC was not well maintained hence the air circulating in the room was a bit warmer than usual. I realized that water pressure... More

In a central location. Quiet, clean. Good air con, good bed. Very friendly and accomodating staff. cons: wi fi really doesn't work except in lobby Nothing significantly bad to say about the hotel. Just keep in mind that it is a budget hotel. For a budget hotel, it is very, very good.

Stayed here 1st week march. Hotel was friendly , clean ,well air conditioned, secure and the staff very helpful. Hotel is very central in District 1 but away from the madness of the nearby bars & shops. I didnt do any excursions but they offered trips and Motorcycle hire. I emailed Hotel directly before arriving to arrange a car to... More

We will never ever forget our stay here in Nguyen Khang. The staff are very helpful most epecially Ms. Houng who chats with us every morning and gave us tips. The guys during the night shift (sorry, we couldn't spell out his name) was very helpful too. He recommends where we should eat, have coffee and where to go. It... More
