We stayed over for one night, I forgot my phone at the reception when we checked out. At the airport I contacted them to tell them that I will collect my phone 3 days later. When I eventually got my phone it was formatted and the language was changed. I lost all my personal information and I am truly dissapointed... More

The accommodation was pleasent, big variety in the items of the included breakfast menu and room with AC, WiFi and tv. Some of the best staff members I met through my travels, both cleaning ladies and front desk staff. The only problem is the height. It is a small issue in the long run it was quite annoying. Otherwise I... More

Location of this hotel is perfect, just around the corner of Bui Vien but without the noise. However, when we arrived we were told that the hotel was full and were asked to sleep in their second hotel in quite a rude way. We didn't accept this and finally (after 1 night in different room) we got the room we... More

We stayed at Nguyen Khang for two nights in late December 2014. It's a bit difficult to find, located in a side street filled with other backpacker hotels, but the benefit is that it is very quiet compared to the rowdy adjacent main road. Our room was very clean, and the air conditioner did a fine job of coping with... More

Hotel is in a great location and despite a few language barriers the staff are very friendly, carrying our bags up to the 5th floor for us and even changing us to a lower floor when a room became available. WiFi throughout the hotel seemed sketchy, although the free to use pc was good. The standard doubles unfortunately are very... More

From start to finish the staff where excellent, from arranging a transfer from the airport to helping us get back our lost luggage, helping with advice of the best way to get to where we wanted to go. We asked for a room with a city view, and it was spacious with good working air conditioning and hot water. Very... More

Located in a quiet lane between Pham Ngu Lao & Vui Bien street. Just 10-15 mins walk to ben thanh market. Many restaurants, pubs and convenience stores within 1-2 mins walk away. The room is clean & quiet and bed is comfy but kinda small for triple sharing, would rate as above average. But the Trip Advisor rating is either... More

I had a reservation but they didn't keep room for us. And they had really poor support for this situation. I canceled our another stay here due to this matter. But they charged us!!!! You shouldn't go this hotel.
