Stayed 4 nights at the end of January. I booked this place through Expedia after a bit of research and when booking decided to pay a little extra for a larger room, higher up with a balcony noting some of the comments regarding noise. (still incredibly affordable) I organised a shuttle from the airport through Kim Hotel prior to arrival... More

I stayed in one of the upper floor rooms. It is a bit more expensive, but if you are not on an extra tight budget, it pays out to spend a few dollars extra on a better room. My room was clean, spaceous and cleaned daily. The location is just perfect! The owner and the staff were very helpful. The... More

The Kim Hotel 1 (there is a Kim Hotel 2), is situated in Bui Vien St, right in the middle of the backpacker area. The hotel is on a lane and not on the street so you are spared the noise of the taxi horns. The lane is is full of other hotels and restaurants so you don't have to... More

We reserved a room at an agreed rate of $23 a night, paying a xeposit of 200,000dong in person. When we arrived the following day we were given some garbled tale about having to give our room to someone, "but not to worry, we give you a better room, only cost $30"! Needless to say that went down like a... More

Dear Mrs. Judith, Thank you for choosing Kim hotel as one of your hotel during your stay in Saigon. Once again, I apologize for the trouble of upgrading you to first classroom of $30 while charging you $23. As my staff had explained to you and your husband during check in, due to our fault not being able to keep... More

Budget rooms tend to be very small in this city and this was the case here too but the quality of the room and amenities were very good. What I particularly liked was the large in room safe which could even store a laptop. The balcony rooms did look more spacious but cost more. We stayed in a standard room.... More

Checked out numerous hotels in area and this one seemed to have best accommodations for value. Comfortable stay and the staff seemed to genuinely care. A great family atmosphere! Booked us a ride to the airport and stored our bags for free until our flight!

Quite well kept little hotel with average sized rooms. Located down a narrow alley with many similar hotels around. Bed is rock-hard. Rooms clean and comfortable with large fridge, flat screen TV, jug, safe. Small bathroom. Staff are pleasant. We were on the 6th floor which was quiet in the mornings. In the backpacker area with lots of small eating... More

Dear value customer, Thank you very much for your review and I hope you enjoy your stay at our hotel. For the money exchange rate, we use the market value which is stated on any newspaper or bank in Ho Chi Minh city. It is changing day by day. We really appreciate your review and a chance to explain any... More

The place is ok but tastefully decorated. Value for money. It is situated near dthr Ben Tham market and Saigon square which is the only place I would go in Ho Chi Minh. I must recommend this place because of the owner. Ms Kim(not sure If that is her name) speaks English very well and she' s very warming and... More

We stayed for 2 nights and got 2 rooms one on the 4th floor the other on the 5th flr. Both rooms were excellent but I like the 5th flr room better. The view is spectacular at night. We almost miss our bus to Mui ne since we had a very comfortable sleep. They do have an elevator so you... More

The room we stayed in was oke but pretty basic. But the important thing for us was that the room is clean and it was. The staff is friendly and you can eat a good meal (we only did breakfast twice). The hotel is located in a good location in saigon. Would go back here when visiting saigon
