Being abused by reception desk staff that make it difficult to check in for out of place documents check. It made me feel to be in a police station rather then in a hotel that i pay hundreds of dollars at night I personally advise other hotels for the same price range.

Check in was normal. They made me signed additional form when I requested for extra key. Overall apartment was clean. Hot water was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was not included for US$100 a night. You can get better value in this city for this rate.

We had ten nights at the hotel and really enjoyed the experience. Quiet location yet easy to get to tourist locations. Staff are great, good breakfast and a very clean hotel. Easy to buy food and fruit by the hotel and a very good market down the street.

The service apartments have just been newly renovated and its comfortable. Its worth... More

So I'll be the first.... First of all, the sign on the top of the building which houses this hotel (or rather these serviced apartments) says Bank of Tokyo - tell this to the taxi driver and he might know where it is!! The Landmark sign is small and stuck in the groun outside the building. That's the only drawback... More
