The cleaning ladies stole my camera that was hidden in my backpack in the room! Even though the monitoring camera provided some evidence, hotel management did not really do anything about the issue and we did not even get a discount on the room price! Moreover, the room was not very clean, the bathroom door could only difficulty been closed... More

This is a hotel very nicely located and with very friendly staff. If u are noise sensitive be aware as it is located on partying street. Breakfast doesn't look descent. For breakfast people, it can be a minus. The linens were dirty but when we complained they changed it immediately. One thing that I didn't like was for airport transfer... More

We stayed here for Usd21/night and took the top most floor to escape the noise. This floor seems to be an added floor as the exterior walls were only brick till waist height, the rest is wood. Since it was raining when we were in HCMC, water seeped through the cracks in the wall. But it didn't bother us as... More

We stayed here back in January whilst travelling around SEA for 6 months and was possibly the friendliest and most helpful place we stayed. Situated on an excellent position for everything really. I had my phone pick pocketed off me whilst out one evening (nothing to do with the hotel) and I informed the hotel manger the next day who... More

we were very disappointed by the quality of this hotel. we arrived after a 16 hour train ride hoping for a nice hotel room to relax in after a tedious journey. we were greeted at the desk by dead fish in small bowls (which was weird and smelt funny). when we arrived the staff at the desk had trouble finding... We booked 2 superior duble room for 3 nights and when we arrived they told us that the rooms we bookend are not free yet and that we will get then the next day. Because of the long trip and since we were tired... More

It's not a bad hotel just super busy backpackers area, tight narrow street and noisy, I preferred the business district to stay in but this was close to where tours left and the cheap DVD stores etc. good pho shops in the vicinity and coffee bean and tea leaf

This hotel is now part of the Saigon Sports chain (seems there are at least 3 locations in HCMC), which is a bit confusing because the large sign over the doors still say Sen Hotel but the new name is inscribed on the glass lobby doors. Address is accurate though. Our room was on the top floor which meant taking... More
