Our travel agent had booked us at this hotel 04-12-2014, it was completely horrible. In the booking it said Hong Vy 3 Hotel, when we came there it says Mayflower Hotel on the sign. The room was really dirty, including the bathroom and bed sheets that had stains on them. The staff was unfriendly and tried to make us stay... More

I stayed here through an offer on CheapTickets, first off all they advertised being located in district 1, not true, they're in D.3 not a comfortable distance to walk to many attractions. NO HOT WATER!!!! ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKING rooms. I asked for another blanket and they didn't have one, a hotel with NO extra blankets GIVE ME A BREAK!!!... More

I recently stayed at Mayflower hotel Saigon, the staff were incredibly polite, well presented , very professional and very friendly. I was always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello , or good morning or whatever was appropriate for the time of day. The rooms were perfectly kept and housekeeping was of a very high standard, they offered a... More

This hotel represents excellent value for money. I have stayed here numerous times for both business and pleasure and I have always been satisfied with my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone location for a good balance between value for money, location and comfort. Plus the free wifi is awesome!

I stayed here for a few nights as part of a Vietnam tour and it was very pleasant. They were renovating reception which was a little noisy but at least they want to keep the hotel improving. The room was reasonably sized with a comfortable double bed, bath and shower. Air con and a minibar were also included although the... More

The rooms were medium sized whilst the bathroom was a tad small. Air-conditioning was supplied as was free Wifi. There are also 2 desktop's in the lobby and the response on them was acceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke passable English. The breakfast was fairly standard Vietnam fare, basic but plentiful and reasonably tasty. The rooms... More

A good, clean and comfortable hotel. Room was medium-sized, clean with a small window. Interesting view of the rooftop next door and pigeons feeding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed a 2 night stay. Breakfast was very basic but sufficient, at the top of the hotel. Enjoyed the view of part of the city. Very good location in the city... More

We stayed here for three nights. All three mornings my partner and I woke up to construction. The first morning it was a power saw, i called down to reception to tell the workers to hold off til a respectable hour (it was 7:45). The next morning it was hammering at 8:15 and the third it was plumbing work 8:00.... More

We stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour too. Our room was small - the smallest we experienced in our trip thoughout Vietnam and Cambodia. As soon as we walked in we there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes smoke. We rang reception and their response was that they have a no smoking policy! We wondered why as there... More

Hotel room was average however building work in hotel started way too early at 7.30am and the lift was often busy carrying stuff for the builders which would be ok but there was only 1 lift and I was on the 7th floor. This would have been all fine but the breakfast was the main issue with hotel. Cleanliness and... More
