Good Points: Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Rooms are clean, fresh towels given each day and adequate space. Location is a two minute walk from main backpacker areas. We stayed an extra night and whilst we waited for a room to become available the staff allowed us access to showers/towels/toiletries etc. Breakfast (which was included) was really nice: eggs, fruit and... Stayed here for a total of 3 nights. On the last night we left all valuables locked in our room for safe keeping to be sure not to lose our photos of the trip etc. We were out of the room for roughly 1.5 hours, when we came to pack for the flight my phone was missing along with 700,000... More

Stayed here for 4 nights total, 2 before and 2 after a trip to Mui Ne. Great location, right in the backpackers area, but without too much noise. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, decent wifi (occasional struggles to connect from the room, but always great in the lobby), and free breakfast. Split a room with two friends and we each... More

We stayed here after stumbling upon it. We had come in from Cambodia and were grateful for the hospitality. Complimentary drinks were offered as soon as we arrived even without a reservation! They had three pricings for a double room and we took the middle price, which was very affordable. The room was very clean, comfortable and centrally located. Breakfast... More

The staff at this little hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. They didn't mind at all that we had to cancel our booking for the previous night at very late notice (the bus ride from Cambodia that was supposed to take us 6 hours took us 18!)and we were greeted so warmly with hot coffee and bananas. Rooms are... More

The hotel is well located, just a few meters from the main travelers area, so the street is not too noisy. The room was nice, clean, with a big balcony and great view, even of the most known town buildings. Great breakfast was served at the massive table and the same dark coloured heavy but nice looking chairs. Look at... More

We booked a room at Madam Cuc 127 through Booking.com. After a long trip (we came from Sihanoukville, Cambodia by bus) we arrived in the evening. The lady told us she let other people stay so we couldn't stay at this hotel because she gave our room away at people who wanted to stay one night longer. She said she... More

We were 2 families travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia for a month. 4 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 3 yrs - 14 yrs. We stayed in a number of different hotels and in Vietnam. This was the most average. The feel of the hotel is tired - staff were tired (16hr days with very little time off),... More

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. It is well located, has clean rooms with aircon and a fan, great breakfast and very helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again. We felt comfortable and looked after.

The hotel arranged a car to pick us up from the airport to prevent us getting overcharged by local taxis. The room was lovely....clean and comfortable. We got new towels and sheets everyday. Breakfast was included in the price. It consisted of eggs (however you like them), fresh fruit, a crispy bread roll and tea/coffe/fresh juice. It was really tasty.... More
