Stayed here with my mother for 2 nights. Generally service was good. Were tired the first night so had room service and watched a film. Not bad pricing if a little odd in taste (we had western food cravings!). Really comfy bed and good space for 2 people. We had room 801 which had a terrace overlooking the city which... More

This was a great hotel. We arrived and had booked ourselves into a room that wasn't suitable. Five minutes and not much extra an upgrade was organized. All staff were great, helpful and really Informative.

Just a couple of metres from BenThanh markets and handy walking distance from most other Saigon City attractions. the lobby is nice, staff are nice with reasonable English. My only gripe is that our room didn't have a window. They had installed a "fake" one. At first glance It looked like a window, but on closer inspection it was found... More

My sister and her husband in law (both of them are US people) were asked marriage license when cheking. My sister and her husband also showed them their US passport (copy) but they still refused. The behaviour of receptionist were un-cooperate and unhappy. He did not allow my sister and her husband to check-in at mid night even I booked... More

Very impressed with this small hotel. From the moment you walk in do clean, the door is alway opened for you and smell of lavender Easy check in great staff and the rooms have everything you need, nice little touches everywhere that you get on a big 5 star like sewing little, shoe polish and usual soaps and shampoo. Only... More

This was the last of our hotels on our tour of Vietnam. On checking in we were given a room, we went and checked it. It was a very nice room, quite big enough for us, but the window was very small. Went back to reception and asked for a balcony room, which they said one was free, but it... More

This three star hotel is clean, check-in smooth enough although rooms are a little small. Its main selling point though is that its probably the best appointed little hotel literally steps away from Ho Chi Minh City's famous Ben Thanh Market which opens from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. So its easy enough to have breakfast and run out to... Located with in 2 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. The first room offered was that small you could not pass anyone around the bed without someone having to sit on bed.Upgraded to larger room extra $10 / night room 607. Rooms were excellent ,staff the same. The breakfast was more than you could imagine, fruit hot dishes, fresh egg kitchen cooked... More
