Great location across the road from Ben thine night markets. breakfast is fine to start the day, staff very helpful, I had one front office guy run down to the markets to arrange the correct mobifone SIM card and they make it feel like nothing is to hard.

Stayed here for two nights before leaving vietnam. Good hotel, basic but nice rooms. We weren't here to spend all day in our room so it was fine for what we needed. They upgraded us to a room with a (small) window. The hotel supplied a cot for our daughter but the bed was massive and she was happy to... More

What a shame management changed this place. Gone is rooftop restaurant and good menu. Menu now worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. Carpet throughout need a really good clean and all round hotel looking very tired. We were also so disappointed the great foot spa has gone (is now the restaurant). The breakfast was only ok thing

We stayed at Lavender Hotel from March 22-28, 2015. We arrived at about 1:00 AM and check-in was fast and efficient. Considering that it is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, I was surprised that everyday they give full amenities to guests. They give out Soap, Toothbrush with Toothpaste, Slippers, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Gel, Tissues, Toilet Papers, Shoe Brush... More

This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our recent trip to Vietnam. It is very well situated and the staff are pleasant but that is all we can say. We had a problem in the bathroom where the water was coming out where it shouldn't have been and was leaking all down the side of the bath. We... More

Great central location right near the markets. We walked to lots of things. Streets in Saigon are crazy and as we had just arrived it was a bit daunting with the jet lag and all. But once we got used to it, it was fine. There are no road rules that we observed, any thing goes. Just walk slowly and... More

Three hours before flying to Ho Chi Minh I was informed we were to be moved from the Lavender Boutique to the Lavender Central hotel. This had a very significant in relation to the issue of tours who had been booked months in advance to pick us up at a (now) different address. When we checked-in to the hotel, renovation... More

The room was tiny, only a very small Windows out to another building a few meters away! Reception OK, restaurant who was promised to be on 8th floor with town wiev was turned into rooms and mowed to 2th floor -dissapointing, the hotel staff was serviceminded and very helpfull and did their best. The hotel is very central to town... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we checked in that didnt have our room available and instead upgraded us to a deluxe room which had a window. All other rooms don't have windows as the buildings in vietnam are built wall to wall. Only windows at the rooms at the front of the building. This hotel is across the... More
