I don't know how I missed some of these reviews, I think I got confused with Hanoi. This isNOT worth the money. It is old, small, extremely noisy and way overpriced. Location sucks because it is right on the ring road with traffic all night. Avoid at all costs.

Walking distance to the city. Fine view over the river. Not expensive. Very good breakfast. Would choose it next time too. WiFi is acceptable. Never tried the Television. Reception staff are gentle and helpful with the bookings I didn't make myself :-)
