My stay in this hotel has been better and better every time. The staff is cooperative. Nice clean and well maintained. Net is also of good speed without much hick ups. You can surely use it for your phone as well.

On arrival, first impression of the hotel was that it is very out dated and musty smelling.Senior suite on 3rd floor nice and spacious but bathroom needs maintenance and updating. Dining room in need of face lift. Except for the yoghurt and omelette, the rest of the food was not nice. Appeared to be left overs from dinner. Staff very... More

Stayed with friends in July not expecting much as we only payed $50 but just needed a night before heading of for 3 days on the Mekong but we were pleasantly surprised, large clean comfortable rooms, great service so we didn't hesitate to stay a night on our return from the Mekong. We didn't have any problems with the noise... More

Located at the vicinity of the Mekong river, a stone's throw away to retail spots and walking distance to international bank ATMs, you will find an aging 3 stars Riverside Hotel. It was easy to spot this hotel as it is one of the few hotels with outdated design. I've stayed for 4 nights on a business capacity. The check-in... More

After reading the previous reviews before heading to Ho Chi minh, I was dreading going to this hotel and had a plan, if it's as bad as the reviews say I'm off!! Well I have to say I was surprised, lovely helpful staff at front desk on arrival, larges clean good size rooms, big comfortable beds, wonderful massage after a... More

The only staff that you can see is one at the reception and two at the so calls buffet breakfast that used over night left over foods with very limited selections. Although we were mislead to belive we booked the renaissan riverside saigon hotel which is a much better 5 stars hotel next to this hotel. ( beware of the... More

This hotel is in a good location and very close to main shopping areas. We booked it knowing that it wasnt going to be luxurious. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is clean but toilet is noisy. We got two single beds instead of a double and they are VERY HARD beds. We were meant to have a kettle and tea in... More

I always look for hotels with character and this one sound promising. Sadly it failed to live up to its promise. Just as well wifi was free because it didn't work. When I explained I really needed it for keeping up with my business I was told to try again tomorrow. I found the staff to be rude and uncooperative.... More

Only stayed one night because I was looking for a less expensive option. Sure got what I paid for, while the location is good the hotel quality is average, room features need updating and buffet breakfast was ordinary. It was comfortable enough for a 1 night stay but not what I would recommend if you're on vacation.

This hotel had once been a very nice hotel. It is crying out to be renovated. We used the swimming pool next door for free. Great tour desk - we had a fantastic guide for 2 days. On the plus side it had a massive room and is in a great location. On the negative side, breakfast was poor and... More
