This hotel should be avoided at all costs. I was booked for 3 days starting on the 13th August 2014. Upon booking in and being shown to the room, when the door was opened a very bad smell came from the room. When I complained the clerk working at reception told me the cleaners had used strong chemicals to clean... More

Nice place, friendly staff, out of the way but close to the main street. Worth the money. I had no problems at all. Thai, the main guy, was very helpful. If you have any problems just ask him. Avoid breakfast though, it's nothing special.

We booked our 4 day stay at the Tuong Hung Hotel which is right across. Please be alerted to Tuong Hung hotel and read the reviews (it is awful-bed bugs, cockroaches,no windows in the room!). We left immediately and Saigon Zoom staff was most understanding, let us view the rooms, made instant reservation with a discount ($20/night),allowed early check in... More

It is situated at a quiet street close to the main back packing street. The rooms are basic and clean, though we had some problems with a dripping AC and got to change rooms. It is very cheap and the service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and there are good options for excursions, such as Mekong delta and... More

We stayed for 2 nights. It was very clean and beautiful. The location is in the center of city and easy to find. The staff was good. But air-conditioner is not working well and they use instant pack of Pho for breakfast.

We stayed at the Saigon Zoom hotel for four nights and were so impressed. Our room was air conditioned, clean, cleaned daily and was well stocked with bottled water. But what really makes this hotel so special are the staff and it's location. As we arrived, we were met by the hotel reception. Who spoke excellent English. He helped us... More

We ended up spending six nights at this guest house due to the national day celebrations making it difficult for us to find affordable accommodation at our next stop (mui ne) The guest house is located a stones throw from the main backpacker/restaurant street. We found it easy enough and we walked from the Sapacco bus stop after taking the... More

Booked the Saigon Mini Hotel 1 as part of a package deal on Zuji in Hong Kong. When I got to the hotel, it was the Saigon Zoom. Checking in was smooth and they let me keep my passport after recording my details. The room was much cleaner than I expected, bedding and all. There were a few issues, however--the... More

My friend then suggested Saigon Zoom hotel. This hotel is clean, nice. The staff is ver helpful, quick service, friendly. Everything worked as descripbed (wifi, AC, etc)... More
