The hotel was lovely, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the price is fantastic for what you get. The location is ideal, very close to the Ben Thanh market and many other local attractions. The breakfast is delicious, and is complementary. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here as a family of 4, and we got the family room. I was surprised at the rates as it was quite inexpensive considering it was peak season. The lobby is quite impressive. It shares a restaurant with two other hotels under the same management. The room was large and clean, bathrooms were new. But cleaning staff were... More

This hotel was our worst hotel experience in Vietnam. The lobby is quite nice so you expect the hotel rooms will also be, but they are not. They are very small, old, scuffs on the walls and don't feel entirely clean. The linens and bathroom are clean, but there are neglected areas of the room (for example, our phone was... More

A good budget hotel within a good location. The room we stayed in is a standard room good enough for a couple. It has free and strong wifi signal which was great. The room was small but clean and had the basic things you will need including a kettle with free coffee and tea. Staff were courteous and housekeeping were... More

My girlfriend was sick when we arrived. We had a room around 12am which was nice. The superior double appears much nicer in the photos than in real life. It was on the 3th floor but felt like a basement. I phoned to ask how much an upgrade would be to a Deluxe Double would be. I was told there... More

Hoang Hai Long (North) hotel & Spa Last year I stayed at the Tan Hai Long hotel and gave it a 5 but it was full this time around so I ended up booking into another 3 star owned by the same company, Hoang Hai Long (North) hotel & Spa. It's a similar style to THL with lots of marble... More

Very convenient location as its walking distance to the night market and cafes. The facilities were excellent and staff very helpful in giving directions. Love the buffet selection! I would love to stay longer but I was only a transient to catch my flight home. Highly recommended!

The rooms in this hotel are very modern and comfortable, very clean too! There was some noise in the corridors at night and early morning from either staff or other holidaymakers who don't know how to talk quietly or shut a door without letting it slam!
