The Hanoi Elegance 3 is a very nice, very friendly hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The location is super – right outside the front door is all Hanoi's hustle and bustle. Location brillant if one is keen to be in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms surprisingly large and well appointed for such a small place. Clean and tidy. Thoughtful extras (good light and magnifying mirror in bathroom, free computer with internet that works). Didnt skimp on tea/coffee in room or meal for breakfast.
