The hotel is very well located in the heart of Hanoi's old quarters. The staff is the most helpful staff we met on our trip. Always smiling and always trying to help as much as they can. The standard rooms are extremely good value. Although they are not very flash, they are clean and comfortable and this is all you need as you will spend all your time outside soaking up on the great Hanoi Vibe. The breakfast is a bit of a let down though. more
