Jenny and the team - very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming you in. Our room on 4th floor overlooking street, cleaned every day. Clean towels. Air - con worked very well. I stayed here for several nights and was very happy. The staff is friendly and helpful for any questions I had about staying in Hanoi. The location is in the middle of the old quarter but it was still quiet in the room. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Recommended! more
Stayed here for 2 nights before trekking in Sapa and sailing in Halong Bay and 1 night after those trips. If you need to stay in Hanoi you'll be VERY happy with Hanoi Capital. It's placed in the middle of the old town in a peaceful small street very close to the throbbing life of Hanoi.
