Good budget hotel for price. excellent location - centre of all activities: shopping, sightseeing, nightlife. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh. Overall very satisfied and would stay again.This is one of the nicest hotels in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room which we occupied was so good and extremely clean. We had 3 nights at HaNoi Royal Hotel. We enjoyed our stay and service here. All staff are friendly, funny & helpful, always try to help us by all their best. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, best location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not really big but clean and comfortable. With budget for accommodation in Hanoi from US$20 to US$40, this hotel is highly appreciated and should be recomended more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in hanoi. The room itself was very small and basic. The hotel was very cheap but the room was nothing special. Also the bathroom had a big hole in the ceiling. The location of the hotel was great and in the old quarter. The staff were friendly but only in the way... more

We stayed at the Royal hotel twice, first in the $35/night room and second in the $25/night room. If we could do it all over again we would have splurged for the $35/night room the second time around. Our first stay was great! The room was very clean and confortable. I stayed at the HANOI Royal Hotel was one of the highlights of our holiday in Vietnam. The staff are friendly, The room was very clean and was very comfortable. The best location in Hanoi (near by Hoankiem lake, Hang Gai silk, souvernir shop,minute to Vietcom Bank and 4 minutes to ANZ Bank, and many restaurant - bar near by... more
