No window in the room, it was not mentioned on Agoda's annonce. The bathroom was dirty. Avoid this hotel. Bad experience, and the manager didn't help. Choose another in Hanoi, they're are plenty f good one's.

The Hotel is well located close to the west lake. The service was ok but value for money compared to what is available was relatively low. The service and breakfast was descent, the rooms clean but the superior room has no windows

Stayed here for a few nights from the 6th April whilst visiting my stepson and his girlfriend who both live and work in Hanoi. We had a terrific room, 501, overlooking the lake. It was large and comfortable with its own balcony! The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. We moved on to Phu Quoc island for... More

Great location, 15 minutes from the centre of Hanoi but also an easy interesting walk. Surrounded by a good range of eating spots and bars; supermarkets and a really good bakery next door for coffees and pastries at brekkie. The hotel brekkie could be better but not much more could be much improved. Full marks for helpful staff, especially Mr... More

The position of this hotel is brilliant. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. The room itself was not good. Although recently renovated, Ll the price tags were still on everything and the mattress still had it's plastic cover. The bed, in traditional Vietnamese style, was in really hard. The bathroom was a health and safety nightmare. Hot... More

There are better options for hotels in Hanoi at this price point. My room was huge with a nice view of the lake and the staff was very nice. However, the room smelled terrible, the bed was hard and the pillow stiff. Not comfortable at all.

You have to be kidding if you think you want to stay in the Old Quarter. Aim for the Sheraton instead then walk surrounding streets by West Lake (Ho Tay) until you find the hotel you like. Good restaurants, bars, street food and nice hotel rooms in the $40 range. Au Co Hotel deluxe room had a deep bathtub. Dragon... More

This is a lovely hotel up in the Westlake district of Hanoi. The room we had was a deluxe with a city view. The bonus is that there was also a pretty nice view of the lake which is the largest in Hanoi. The deluxe room cost $64.00au. and as far as the room went it was well worth it.... More

Wild Lotus is a small hotel in the expat area of Tay Ho. We had a huge room with views of the lake. Breakfast was included in the room charge. The staff at Wild Lotus are amazing. They organised a SIM card for me, nothing was too much trouble.
