This was sadly the end of our trip to Vietnam, and Mr Luc the owner was very helpful and friendly the whole time. He helped us extend our Halong Bay boat trip for an extra day at no inconvenience. We stayed in a room at the top which kinda looked like an office, which I thought was strange but, it... More

Some calm and peace in the middle of chaos. Check out the little roof garden with the tortoises that come out of when the light is low. A much needed escape from the surroundings. A place with character and style that is missing in places

A calm and relaxing haven in the heart of Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter. We found this hotel completely by accident. We had been living in Hanoi for 9 months, teaching English and travelling by all over North Vietnam by motorbike, we only have 2 weeks left in Hanoi and we stayed here! After a full day of checking out various... More

QueenTravel and Hotel is an unique address you could find at 65 Hang Bac Street, Old quarter Hanoi. Like Vietnamese ancient architecture house which was mainly built from hard wood and break with a narrow, deep and high conformation, as a Time Museum which is well displayed with antiques as: Bicycles, Clocks, Electric Fans and Paintings…It’s really an ideal place... We are backpackers travelling for many months. We arrived in Hanoi as it was getting dark and we needed somewhere to stay. We stumbled across this place and fell in love with the delux room. It was spacious with beautiful artistic decor. It's the small touches that really counted, the amazing soaps, good coffee and the quiet atmosphere. The owner... More

Great hotel with a lot of old school relics and motorbikes and books. The rooms are comfortable, nice and clean. But more than anything the staff is really helpful and go out of their way to help you. They helped us with great suggestions for restaurants, booked our Halong Bay trip, upgraded our room when we came back and booked our... More

If you like your hotels with character and staff who can help you out with any issues you might have related to your stay, you won't go wrong staying at the Queen Hotel. If you're familiar with Hanoi even a bit, you know that its populated mostly by motorbikes going ever which way, and so its quite a bit fun... More

Been around the block a few times and this is a place you just dont let pass you by. The staff here is fantastic. The hotel architecture is magnificent and apparently designed by the owner. There is so much great life just out the door and its basically walking distance to the whole city.

I stayed here for a few nights during a trip to Vietnam with Vietnam Travel Plan and I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were kind and friendly and happy to help, from the moment that I got there until when I left. They were helpful with directions, tips on places to eat and visit and helping me arrange... Queen Hotel is ideally located for exploring the Old Quarter and nearby areas of the city. Many places of interest, restaurants and souvenir shops can be reached by walking. The staff are friendly and are happy to organise transport and tours if needed. The rooms are good, although the beds are quite firm. Breakfast is adequate, but not the type... More
