Really helpful English speaking hotel owner. Comfortable modern room with attention to detail. good clean working bathrooms and great breakfast noodles. Located on a foot traffic only lane filled with street side reasturants. Easy walk to everything 'tourist' in Hanoi. Thanks for a good stay, hanoi street hotel.

We had a perfect stay at this family hotel. Initially we only planned to stay here 1 night. But while we where on our way to halong bay, the overnight stay on the boat was canceled due to the typhoon. When we got back late in the evening and stepped out of the tour-van, a boy and a girl friendly... More

Hanoi Street Hotel is my favorite place to stay in the city center. It's just around 1 km from Hoan Kiem Lake, and located right on the special food corner "Tong Duy Tan". Every single detail from the amenities, room services, and breakfast makes me fully satisfied. The hotel owner is very open and friendly, she is perfect at cooking... More

This hotel was recommended to us by the Hanoi Sky hotel because they were full when we tried to book another night. The lights were only accessible from one of the beds in our twin room, and one of the lights was broken. Exposed (although I think safe) wires in the room. Temperamental air con. Strange noise periodically throughout the... More

We stay 2 night here with a back in the middle at Ha long bay. The owner is so lovely friendly and helpful, we wanted to go to a restaurant we read about but not sure how to get there so the staff walk us there so we would not get lost how nice. The rooms are clean well set... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the hanoi street hotel 3 times over the course of a week as we popped in and out of Hanoi between tours. Even though the hotel is ranked as a three star the service is second to none. Our first stay was before a trip to Halong Bay, even though we arrived early that... More

Madam Van greeted us on arrival and my first impression was that she was a warm and truly hospitable person We stayed there for one night before heading home the next morning and Madam Van was nothing but sincerity and so helpful in confirming the transfers and definitely will be my hotel of choice if we are ever in Hanoi... Even though the hotel itself is around a 3 star, the service and friendliness of the family that run and own the hotel make it a 5 star. They booked all our tours, train tickets and even met us at the train and carried our bags to the train for our onward journeys. Our bags were securely minded whilst we... More

My Boyfriend and I stayed at Hanoi street hotel in January for just 1 night before heading off to Halong Bay. After booking our stay at the hotel a few months prior to arriving the staff contacted me immediately asking if I wanted an airport pick up at a very affordable price. Our flight from Ho Chi Minh City to... More

My two friends and I stayed for four days here. It's not the classiest or most luxurious hotel, but the owner and staff made us feel at home. It's strategically located in the city, so we could go to various tourist spots without being inconvenienced. The breakfast they served was wonderful (especially loved the French bread and beef pho). And... More
