The hotel is very central and down a little back alley off the main road so away from the noise. The rooms were spotless and very comfy with TV and aircon. The staff were all super friendly and spoke good English. We were backpacking round the world and felt we really shouldn't be staying somewhere this nice! Theres free internet... more

My brothers and I stayed here for 2 days and it was good, but considering the price, it was GREAT!!!!! The rooms are well equiped and fuctional. A/C is cold, but takes soemtime to cool down the room. This is normal for ALL budget rooms in vietnam. We also left our bags at the hotel while on a Ha Long... more

Well what to say about the Ritz? Firstly we were treated to a transfer to the hotel like no other, even accounting for SE Asia traffic! The driver was simultaneously talking on 2 phones, swerving between lanes, so was happy to get to l'hotel. We didn't get the room we paid for on the first night, and had to carry... more

Yes, I stayed here so that I could say, "take me to the Ritz!". it's ok - the guys (who seem to take turns) at the front desk speak ok english. Stairs (no lift) a bit narrow and steep (almost fell over a chambermaid having her dinner there!), big altars on first and top floors (avoid?), rooms smallish (mine was)... more

Booked this hotel via mail, and had a very prompt response from Spring stating prices etc, and that they could also pick us up from the airport for $15, this we did and it worked a treat, avoiding a the taxi scrum, and poss scams. We had asked for a room at the back of the hotel as would be... more

We had made internet reservations at this hotel and got scammed to stay at another hotel (see my review for Hotel Camelot). When we finally found this hotel they were kind enough to credit us with our missed night and keep the rate we had booked. We stayed for a week and could not have been treated better. There is... more

We stayed for two nights. The hotel collected us at the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small with no natural light. The bathroom was very dated and the towels thin. Breakfast was good with lovely bread. The internet worked well in the room. more

The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean, and their breakfast was the best meal that I had every day. They are very happy to help- for instance when I mentioned that we wanted to go to the water puppet show that night, Spring left right away and got us tickets. We were sorry to leave them,... more

Stayed here for 1 night in May, after reading good things on Trip Advisor. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly and it is in a great location right across from the lake. Breakfast is included (with more choices than just bread and jam/ eggs), free internet and they can help... more
