The staff was just so incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable, clean, tasteful and a great deal for the price. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. more

We first heard about Jasmine 1 from some friends who were going to be staying Hanoi when we were going to be there. We tried to reserve rooms there, but it was full. We missed the email telling us this, but upon arrival the staff drove us over to Jasmine 2. We were so happy with the place and staff... more

Great location and a fab place to stay. Staff very helpful and tried to help us resolve an issue with a boat tour for us. Clean, good value and breakfast included. To be recommended more

I've heard so many mixed reviews on Hanoi, many of them are unfortunately negative I think the main reason behind the negative experiences is that most people choose to stay right in the old quater Take my advice and stay at the Ritz hotel (now Jasmine Hotel 2) It is still a short walk from the old quater, but perfectly... more

My husband and I stayed here for several nights and would highly recommend this hotel as it is in the centre of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We arranged our stay via email and their communication skills were excellent. We booked the Halong Bay trip and Sapa and Bac Ha trip via email with the hotel. All trips went as... more

We stayed at the Jasmine 2 due to reviews on this site and were not disappointed with the consistency of the reviews and the experience except that no-one had noted that backing onto the hotel is a nightclub with music until midnight every night (rooms at the back were quieter but we still had the air-con going to drown out... more

We booked a room with the Jasmine 2 (formerly The Ritz) online, and they emailed us to confirm and arrange a pick-up at the airport. A driver was waiting for us, and when we got to the hotel we didn't have to worry about paying the taxi as they had added it to the bill. The staff was just so... more

I promised I'd write a review and I can't believe it's already November! Stayed there for 4 nights total in July. The hotel nicely agreed to keep our luggage while we went on an overnight boat trip in Halong Bay. Very friendly service, good location, internet working most nights, had our laundry done. Good choice of breakfast, plenty to eat.... more

This was a good hotel for the money. * Lovely service * OK breakfast (but decent brekkies in the budget range are yet to be found by this traveller!) * Good location * Rec'd free airport pick up * LOUD nightclub next door - not for the light sleeper though our 18mo daughter was ok with the sound! * STAIRS... more

My boyfriend and I booked this Hotel online and it came with a free pickup service at the airport. Our plane was delayed about 2 hours and it was raining when we reached, but the hotel staff came out quickly to let us in. The rooms (we had two, 1 before halong bay and 1 after) were clean and warm.... more
