Actually there is 2 rising Dragon hotel . 56 and 61 Hang be (same company though). Staying at 56 Hang Be. Staff are friendly and very Helpful. The location is perfect in the middle of Old quaters near to the Hoan Kiem Lake. Near to halal food restaurant (indian food). The room is big and worth it. Highly recommended!!

The location is perfect, you're right in the old quarter. Room was perfectly clean, everything looked pretty new! The staff was very helpful and has good advice how to get around in the city. We loved the included breakfast. A lot of nice things to choose and you have a fruit buffet. Definitely would go there again, when in Hanoi.

Located in the old quarter in the relatively quite Batsu street. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English (from the front desk to the waiter). Nice rooms. Breakfast is ok: Besides several choices of fruit and food offered in buffet form a menu order (try the yummy pho bo) is included.

We were so impressed by this hotel and the quality of service we received. In the heart of the old city it has a great location to wander the streets and feel part of old Hanoi. From the time we arrived Trung and his staff made us welcome and gave great suggestions for trips and ideas on how to see... More

The hotel is located very near to Hoan Kiem Lake, so location is great. The hotel lobby looks great, so does the room. It is properly maintained, clean and facilities function properly. Our window however looked out on a wall, so not really a view. Breakfast is also fine. overall a good place for short stay. Cheers..

We stayed 3 nights with my family (4 adults and 2 childs). Good rooms with big beds and a extra bed for children. The mattresses can be replace because they are too much hard for me. The breakfast is very good (fresh fruits, toasts, and choice of pancakes or sandwich). Wifi available. And more important, the kindness of the people... More

I have never seen a hotel do more for their customers than this one. Granted, there is a chain of 7 Rising Dragon Hotels in Hanoi, but this one took the cake. From helping explain and book my cruise to Halong Bay to guided walking maps to souvenir buying tips to airport shuttles, this hotel did it all. What really... More
