Lovely room, spotlessly clean, good location 15 minutes walk from Lake Hoen Kiem, everything you need, great staff, excellent breakfast. The on-special price made it good value as well. Booked it again a few days later when went back to Hanoi.

Stayed here for two nights, I would rate it as value for money. Nothing luxurious about this hotel but functional. Breakfast menu was decent, enough for you to start your day. Room also clean and spacious. Helpful and friendly staff. If you just need a place to rest, shower and sleep after long day of work in Hanoi, worth to... More

The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room (on the very first floor) was tight but functional with a big window, facing the rear and dead quiet throughout the night. The bath & room were well illuminated and in good working order. Bedding was comfortable, but just so, however, this is a minor complaint.

Stayed for work and have no complaints. I had two different rooms during my stay and both were big and clean. Everything worked, staff were friendly enough and the fitness room equipment worked. Not in an especially exciting part of Hanoi but an easy walk to many attractions.

Stayed here for work as it was close to the office. Staff were very friendly always smiling. Breakfast was ok but more Asian than western which is understandable. They will cook your eggs to order when you ask. Room service was great food and good value. It's a 10 minute walk to any attractions and the lack or restaurants and... More

Good value for what you get, with large rooms and a decent buffet breakfast, and only a short walk from the old quarter. Staff don't speak much English, and service is perfunctory rather than particularly friendly.

Right in the middle of the action in Hanoi this cosy little hotel offers a great location at a very reasonable price. The rooms are reasonably sized and have new TVs and comfortable beds. The bathrooms need a bit of work and are a little old school but are functional. Nice breakfast options and a treat of creme brulee in... More

Good location, clean spacious room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts (as discussed by other reviewers) are fine if you stick to bread, pastries, fruit or pho. Fairly reliable wifi, quietish street with cafes, shops etc.
