Right in the middle of the action in Hanoi this cosy little hotel offers a great location at a very reasonable price. The rooms are reasonably sized and have new TVs and comfortable beds. The bathrooms need a bit of work and are a little old school but are functional. Nice breakfast options and a treat of creme brulee in... More

The hotel is very good at the price of 50 USD...I came here for the first time , it took more than 1 hours to reach from Airport to Hotel...People are courteous and very good...But only challenge i faced was of local language while communicating...they understand english dialect, but with lots of difficulty...Food is good and decent enough if you... Good location, clean spacious room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts (as discussed by other reviewers) are fine if you stick to bread, pastries, fruit or pho. Fairly reliable wifi, quietish street with cafes, shops etc.

Everything is OK: location, rooms and etc. The restaurant is small. Breakfast is poor. First morning we came at 9 a.m. There was nothing left. The second morning we came at 7:30 a.m. and there was nothing left. They fill the trays of food, but so slowly and bring just a little bit of everything. I am not an "always... More

Hotel is located in good location, walking distance from the main areas of Hanoi (lakes, government districts, Metropole). Breakfast is excellent, but order the pho noodles and/or the excellent breads, rather than the leftover Western dishes from the previous night. Service staff are excellent, although hotel had constant IT related problems (internet went down many times, both wireless and LAN;... More

Between November 2007 and June 2010 I have stayed in the Rosaliza Hotel a couple of times, also for extended periods of time (up to 3 weeks). And I have to say that I really enjoy staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they know and recognize their regular guests even when there has been... More

I think overall the hotel is nice and clean. It provides all the neccessary facilities and services one could possibly want during their travel. The hotel offer free internet, but I recommend that you ask for ethernet cable as the wireless signal tends to be quite weak. The biggest downside of this hotel is that it allows people to smoke... I've stayed at the Rosaliza 3-4 times over the past three years. I don't like the standard western style tourist hotels - too expensive and too insolating from the local experience, but I'm not comfortable booking very inexpensive hotels either. I've stayed here while traveling with my family, with my daughter, and with my wife. I've always felt I had... More

I was booked into this hotel by my travel agent and paid for six nights in advance at AUD165 per night. The purpose of the trip was to scope out a business opportunity, and gain some familiarity with the country. I have travelled extensively in SE Asia and have to say this hotel experience was the worst I have encountered.... More
