Very well maintained hotel in a very central position, close to Ho Chi Minh memorials and the old quarter. Surprisingly quiet rooms (good double glazing!) 11th floor restaurant with excellent views of the city - great breakfasts too! The Anise is in a great location and close to the old quarter. My room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic, new hotel at a very convenient price. It has a wonderfull breakdast at the top floor and a very friendly staff. Is not in the old quarter but is very close and this is an advantage. more

Convenient hotel for Hanoi on a main street (easy to find) that is a few blocks from the old quarter and the lake. Well-maintained with clean, cozy, modernly-furnished rooms. Good service from staff. Delicious breakfast. more

My friend and I stayed at the Anise from Feb. 10 - 18th. The location is great! Close to the Old Quarter and walking distance to the lake.
