Lots of the reviews already discribed are really true, so I only can tell you what happend to me 4 days ago. After chekking out the owner, Mr. Hung, followed me by motorbike (!!)b'cause I forgot to pay a can of beer which I consumed on the evening of arrival. I have to say that I found the City Gate very enjoyable indeed. The manager 'Hung' gave me a reduced rate on a very large room ($8) which I found to be a 3 star rating. Excellent for the value.
