Hanoi Paradise Hotel sits in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms and especially the beds are great. A bottle of red wine on arrival, fresh fruit and flowers everyday and the included breakfast is terrific. more

Stayed here between 2nd and 9th October. Wonderful place. The staff were absolutely marvellous. They speak good English and were always kind and courteous. I stayed in a suite room which was large, clean and well equipped. If you want to stay in the Old Quarter then stay here. I cannot recommend it enought. more

We stayed three nights at the Hanoi Paradise Hotel as part of our extended family 2-week holiday to Vietnam to celebrate my mother's birthday. We were a group of 14 made up of 8 adults and 6 children (ranging in age from 4 to 12). I was the trip planner for our family and as we only had limited time... more

We stayed at the Hanoi Paradise Hotel from 6 July until 11 July. Nice and clean accomodation with friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and all room equipment was in good condition. Free computer + internet in room. The location is excellent and a perfect starting point for sightseeing. Ms Lisa is very helpful and service minded. To put it briefly:... more

Recently stayed at the Hanoi Paradise and could not complain at all about the Hotel. Stayed in one of the standard hotel rooms overlooking a little courtyard. Room was very spacious and well equiped, with tv, dvd, fridge/mini bar, Computer with internet in the room and iron and ironing board. Cleanliness was excellent also, breakfast was good. You can in... more

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 8 nights. On first impression when you pull up outside you think ahy, the kids even commented, is this our hotel? Remember it is a 3 star hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with a basic selection. The rooms were very spacious with big beds so... more

Arriving in the evening we were welcomed by the porters who came out to meet our airport bus on the busy road as it couldn't fit into the lanes of the Old Quarter. We followed with trepidation through an old stone archway and along Hang Chieu street wondering what on earth we were getting ourselves into. The reception staff were... more

This was not the greatest hotel of our 16 days in IndoChina, but we would not hesitate to return or to recommend it. We actually stayed here two times, separated by our overnight Bhaya Cruise on Halong Bay. Both times we had a "VIP Double Room," once on the 2nd floor and once on the 3rd. These rooms are in... more

We stayed at the Hanoi Paradise at the end of our 3 week stay in Vietnam. We arrived by train from Sapa at 4.30 am in the morning and were met by the staff from Hanoi Paradise and settled into our room which had fresh fruit waiting for us. The staff at the hotel were always very helpful and the... more

It is really amazing and really inexpensive. Hanoi should be experienced in the Old Quarter for at least 2 days. It is really chaotic and the traffic is something else. An experience to remember. But everyone survives. We stayed at the Hanoi Paradise a newish 3 star in the midle of the old quarter. Great and not expensive and all... more
