We did have a deluxe room. Room and bathroom good albeit virually no views. Plenty of light once one opened up curtains obscuring scuffy outside. We stayed in rooms on the 6th and 7th floors on two occasions. I don't know if rooms vary by floor. Our rooms were relatively small but clean and well-equipped (WiFi, flat screen TV, safe, AC, clock, fruit) with comfortable beds. Right in the middle of Old Town, it is a good location to explore the area. A street market is on the street directly perpendicular to the hotel entrance.
