Great little hotel in the heart of Hanoi city (old quater). We booked for a standard room and when we arrived we were upgraded to the Superior room with a balcony, at no additional cost as our room was not ready. This is a lovely hotel, right in the centre of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are spacious, good bathroom/toilet, with a computer in each room.
