They accommodated us at half past midnight without reservation. Staff was really helpfull and nice. Room was clean and quiet, bathroom ok, air-condition perfect and bed comfortable. Restaurant is in high floor with beautifull view and breakfest also verry good. We like this hotel because is in center of Hanoi.

We were at the hotel for two nights as part of a tour. The room was clean, and well presented, and the bathroom had a good shower. We did not eat, other than the inclusive breakfast, at the hotel. It is in the middle of the old quarter, with all the hustle and bustle that goescwith it. If you want... More

We did not stay at this hotel but we did eat several times at the restaurant, called La Dolce Vita. We were able to have a cocktail, sit in very comfy overstuffed chairs and sofa and have a good meal. One of our group has serious allergies so we were being cautious with local cuisine. We really enjoyed the penne... More

On Arrival , staff were pleasant and organised. We booked a deluxe room and were told we were upgraded to a family room. All I can say is.. It was disappointing. The bathroom was small with shower in bath. The bathroom was old fashioned and tiles were discoloured. Nothing deluxe about this room. Floor in bedroom was carpeted but worn... More

I was impressed right upon arrival when the hotel representative came out of the hotel, met our bus and welcomed us to the property. We had a welcome drink in the lobby bar while our room keys were being prepared. The reception area is rather narrow, but it still has a seating area and behind the desk is a bar... More

We stayed here for two nights in mid December. It is located in the old quarter of Hanoi and if you don't mind the hustle and bustle of the streets, it is a convenient place to explore Hanoi. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and just a 5-7 minutes stroll to the lake. We were three of us and... More

We stayed in Quoc Hoa Hotel for two nights. It is a good hotel to use as a base to explore the old quarter and the city. Rooms are cleans and comfortable. Our room (304) was immediately above the road but we heard no noise during the night and had great nights sleep. The room was also big enough to... More

Have stayed at this hotel many times, and always receive a very high standard of care - as do all their guests. Easily a 4* hotel by western standards. The ladies at Reception are truly first class and give a good image of the hotel: effortless check-in, very professional and friendly, effortless check-out. The rooms are well presented, and the...
