The hotel was in a very nice location with a lot to do within walking distance. Everything was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is on the top floor with a great view of the city, and the staff was very nice and accommodating!

First stayed here in September 2013, and most recently July 2014. Arrived after midnight and was warmly greeted; simple check-in process and was helped with luggage to my room. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice - you MUST try the fresh noodle :-))). Breakfast service excellent with and the waitress staff speak very good English. Hoang Van Thanh (Dir of... More

I knew this hotel for almost 10 years but I still love to stay there. The rooms are well renovated and services is always good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the 9th floor is quite enough for a busy day. Hotel location is just great to strolling around the Old Quarter. The hotel was built with 4*... More

can't compare it to other deluxe hotel or 5 star hotels but basic amenities are there. Stayed at the 4/f non-smoking area. Comfy bed, wifi available. great smiles from staffs especially the waitress during breakfast.

We stayed in the Quoc Hoa for 4 nights as part of a larger Vietnam tour. Our room (401) had a very comfy double bed plus a single & a sofa so plenty of room. Bathroom had a bath with shower overhead - again nice size if a bit "tired". Staff were good - room was available when we arrived... More

Small central hotel in the heart of bustling Hanoi, walking distance to lake which is a must do,and shopping area. Room was very clean and comfortable. My husband had a birthday while we were there and hotel very kindly left a little gift in room for him. Sleep quality good. Breakfast very nice on top floor restaurant which set us... More

I stayed at Quoc Hoa Hotel for two nights as part of my tour package. The first thing that hit me is heavy smell of cigarette smoking in the room. However, this is not the hotel's fault as I do not recall asking for non-smoking room. There was some issue with the lighting in the room but it is minor,... More

Stayed there for a total of 2 nights while travelling around Vietnam. The King rooms were big but the double rooms were small. Watch out you are not put in a smoking room as they smelt really bad and we had to ask to be moved. When we did ask they obliged very quickly and helped us move our luggage.... More

I've stayed in the Quoc Hoa for one day before setting off for a motorcycle trip to the North. It was very comfortable. Particularly, I've enjoyed breakfast in the top-floor restaurant with a nice city view and bath in the room (which is quite rare in Hanoi city center hotels).

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but we didn't spend much time in there so I can't say it bothered me that much. The breakfast was decent. We showed up at 6:30 when they opened but they weren't fully set-up so we kept going back for new things that were... More
