I had a really good time with professional service from the hotel. This hotel was not luxury but i think with only US$ 28 per night, the value was number one. Impressive ! I will definitely come back and stay again at the Jasmine garden on my next visit. You should also try to stay here. I am sure you... More

Cheap rooms that are very basic but most importantly-clean. Location is good and it´s really just a 5 min walk to the lake or in to the more busy areas of Hanoi. The included breakfast is great. I would have another stay at Jasmine Garden Hotel if I went to Hanoi againl

We found the Jasmine Hotel the best place in our travels to relax. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast generous, the rooms comfortable and clean and the location at the centre of the action in the old quarter in Hanoi. Plenty of places to walk to around the park and lake. The streets and markets are busy and... More

I am back from Vietnam after my annual visit and I am pleased to say that the Jasmine Garden continues to maintain its high standards. I couldn't be happier with the room, the food and the amazing service at this hotel. My stay gave me the much needed chance to recharge after trip into the mountains around Sapa.

We have stayed here numerous times over the years. Why do we keep returning? Good value for money, or super helpful, friendly staff, or its breakfast, or its location, or all of the above. Negatives can be the early street noise, which depends on your room location. We also like meeting fellow independent travellers over breakfast, which the hotel seems... More

This hotel is awesome... Small, sweet but very clean and great location. What made it for me is the team working here.... In particular Yen (she's the best) as she really went above and beyond her call of duty on so many occasions. She had a go at the travel agent (next door) for ripping me off with a dodgy... More

We stayed here after reading the comments on TripAdvisor knowing that the hotel is registered as a two star local rating. As we used it as our base we booked 11 nights, then travelling to Ha Long Bay and Sapa, we considered it such good value that it was a convenient way of leaving luggage and property in a safe... We came back. We loved the hotel again. The quality of accommodation can be considered according to local conditions as usual standard, which corresponds as well as price per night – US$ 30 for double bed with AC and breakfast included. The staffs are doing an amazing job. Everything you need or want can be done happily . The entire... More

The staff at the Jasmine Garden could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They organized a transfer for my partner and I from the airport, and upon arrival furnished us with a very useful map and suggestions for what to see around town. The breakfast was terrific too in term of the room rate we pay for, with a... More
