This hotel has all you would want if you want to live in the old quarter in Hanoi. Situated very close to the lake and the water puppet theatre the lively streets of Hanoi are just outside the doors of this hotel. The staff seems very friendly and helpfull and the hotel offers internet, exercise room, sauna and steam bath.... more

Nice hotel overall though breakfast was truly dire: cold coffee, horrid old croissants, rubbery eggs. But staff were helpful; they do stuff like pick you up from the airport and there are loads of other places for nice breakfast in Hanoi more

We would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling in Hanoi. Very helpful staff, good level of English speakers, good free internet and really top rooms. And the breakfast - absolutely to die for! Really good place to stay! more

Hotel tranfers from airport went well. We arrived at the hotel about 10pm to discover we were on the 5th floor and there were no lifts. Got used to the stairs pretty quick. This hotel iswell situated in the old town which you can walk around on your own or hire a pediccaped (xichlo dap ) where they will peddle you around the old town for an hour or two. Be sure to bargain for price with these pedicapped guys. And dont forget to aks them to take you around the Hoang Kiem... more
