Situated very close to the lake and the water puppet theatre the lively streets of Hanoi are just outside the doors of this hotel. Nice hotel overall though breakfast was truly dire: cold coffee, horrid old croissants, rubbery eggs. But staff were helpful; they do stuff like pick you up from the airport and there are loads of other places for nice breakfast in Hanoi more

We would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling in Hanoi. Very helpful staff, good level of English speakers, good free internet and really top rooms. And the breakfast - absolutely to die for! Really good place to stay! more
