What a dive. Our room did not have a working heater. We told the front desk. They said they would fix it. They didn't. They said there was nothing more they could do and that there were no other rooms available. After refusing to pay, they found another room. We had booked in for 10 days but only lasted 2 nights due to a flooded bathroom night and day (apparently it was our fault!), harsh only partly operational room lighting and kitch and dusty dining room.
