This was the most disguisting hotel I have ever been in. It is dirty, smelly and full of bugs! The bathroom is not even a separate room! I actually think that the hotel is working a scam. They only accept payment from a third party so you pay in full in advance. We went up to our room, looked around... more

Absolutely Horrid! Couldn't even stay the night it was so bad, it smelt, it is a fire trap, no comp water, no tea or coffee, one of our group (who was ill) went to bed when we first arrived and was bitten by bed bugs. Others ventured to the fifth floor and swear there was a brothel! We walked out... more

This hotel is awful. It is no where near anywhere of interest in Hanoi, and far to expensive for what you get. There are not many options for food in this area, the restaurant outside the hotel door is overpriced and a horrible menu, and the hotels cafe is dingy and dirty.
