Haved stayed here a few times, dependable, reliable and good overall value. More suitable for business than tourist hotel, have to travel to get near any of the tourist attractions. Gym is a bit limited. Good service and business centre. more

I'm at the Hanoi Horison as I write this... spending 4 days here for a business trip. The hotel delivers in terms of location, cleanliness, services and easy access to customers. Average stay, paid $US140 a night, didnt rate the service, many mix ups when ordering at the bar. Plus requested airport pickup which never happend, though happier to pay $US14 at the taxi stand rather than the hotels $US40 service. probably would expect better service. the white taxis at the hotel though were great for getting to appointments. more

A curious mix of great and average, the Horison is 5-star but not as you know it! Initial impressions were good – a grand marble lobby and friendly and efficient reception.
