Based here for our couple of nights in Hanoi. Modern hotel with pleasant rooms, excellent breakfast, very helpful, nice staff. We were on the 7 th floor and at 9pm a loud disco starts up on the top of the building opposite i.e. Right across from us! and goes on till late. Managed to sleep ok, but be aware if... More

Overall quality hotel in a good location within walking distance of art galleries, the prison museum, surrounding lakes, restaurants and site seeing. Lovely decor, very good service. Excellent breakfast, nice restaurant and relaxing lounge in lobby with live music. Rooftop disco across the road is noisy if you are on that side. Hanoi itself is interesting, but polluted, so take... More

Very nice hotel, although rooms are a little tired. Great service and great food. An easy walk to the centre of the city. Internet service was very good with very little connection problems. Ask for a high floor to make the most of the view.

Good hotel room. Light switches are modern and rather user friendly. The inputs to the LCD TV are connected to the wall, easily accessible by guests. No free airport shuttle. Wi-Fi is acceptable. I can do recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location, away from the biz but near enough to walk to main centre of Hanoi. After reading previous reviews I requested in advance a refurbished room away from the nightclub within the hotel, which was allocated when we arrived. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel and particularly the room were of the highest standard....and... More

This is a smart, functional hotel and the Level offers a useful quiet space for people on a busy trip. You can (if you have a Level room) use the board room once during your stay without charge. Good if you are on business but you should book in advance. The problem for me (as many others have commented) was... More

once you accept that 5 star in Vietnam, doesn't really mean 5 star, you will be fine with this hotel. Very good beds, but request a quiet room as some of the surrounding bars play music until 2am. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff, as elsewhere in Vietnam are great. Hanoi Hilton (the jail, not the hotel) is just... More

The hotel was very good and would easily be an international hotel anywhere in the world, which is the point it could've been anywhere. Get some local culture into the ambience make the visitor feel part of Vietnam rather than a business user. I would say the breakfast buffet was outstanding with the range of cuisine from Vietnam, Korea, Japan... More

The hotel is very well located, close to the Prison where Americans pilots were hold. The attitude and customer service are excellent, the buffet breakfast has all kind of food that a guest can expect. The size of the rooms is very comfortable and I will recommend to anybody who goes to Hanoi fro pleasure or business. The General Manager... More

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this great hotel. Very luxurious rooms and one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in, albeit ridiculously large! Bliss to finally find a hotel in Vietnam with an excellent bedside reading light. Very good breakfast. Convenient location.
