We stayed on three occasions during our holiday in Vietnam. Rooms are fine, comfy bed, working shower and plenty of hot water. Wfi was on every floor. Very friendly staff. Bar seemed to shut early, but there are other bars just outside! Breakfast was rather lo-res. Overall a good stay, and repeated two more times.

Good clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. However no roomservice after 10 pm. Situated in central area of Hanoi. Amenities are nearby. There is a nice hotel called Highway 4 in the back street of the hotel. Don Xuan market is walking distance

Please note that this opinion is based on just 1 night stay. This hotel is in an old renovated building in the old Hanoi quarter. It's clean, there's WiFi everywhere, and staff is very friendly and helpful, but it was by far the worst hotel in our Vietnam tour. The shower sink was blocked so that we almost had an... More

We spent two nights, at this hotel as we were part of a school tour group (25-30 of us in total). We actually stayed in the Celia on two different occasions, one night apart, when we went to Dien Bien Phu. We also had a room for a day on another occasion, to freshen up after a trip to Halong... I stayed here for a couple of nights as part of my 20 days Vietnam tour and this was my very first Vietnam hotel and a good first impression of Vietnam hospitality it was. I liked the hotel very much. Staff was incredibly friendly and very eager to help with anything I needed. My deluxe room was very comfortable, pleasant... More

An excellent shower and refreshingly clean hotel. Everything is compact and convenient. Classy fittings and modern lightings. Convenient location in the central of Hanoi with east access to shopping area, I really liked the sporting goods shop nearby where you can pick up some really good sporting gears. Managed to get an excellent winter bike suit that enabled me to... More

The rooms were fine ( clean, nice) but the noise on the street was horrible. We had trouble sleeping. Breakfast was weak. Many Hanoi hotels probably have this problem. Motorcycles and cars are honking all night.

Perhaps this is the best you can get for a reasonably priced hotel right in the center of the old quarter...it was a very good location. However, the rooms felt old and used. The bathroom drains was backed up and the toiletries looked leftover from last guest....our slippers looked used. We also had the back rooms with no windows and... More

Nice spacious rooms. Modern style. Bathroom was clean en perfectly functioning. Centrally located. Minus point is the small room for the breakfast. Buffet breakfast was rather limited. Laundry service was quick and perfect.

I had a great stay. The staff where more then helpful nothing was a problem. The room I had was very nice up to 5 star standard (I work in a 5 star hotel at home) would stay again and would sent people to stay here.
