The human team of this hotel makes you feel like it´s your home. Always helping and trying your stay is wonderful. Good location, Clean rooms, good wifi and always solutions to your questions. If I visit again Hanói, I will repeat.

the staff are very helpfully and they couldn't have made us more welcome and their attention to details is fantastic. Although the rooms are small they are really conmfortable and quiet. The food is delicious and i would not hesitate to stay there again or to reccommend it.
