We spent 3 nights here in April. The rooms are not quite as swish as the photos suggest - but everything is clean and works. The staff are very helpful, the hotel is in a good central location, the breakfast really nice. When we go back to Ha Noi, we'll stay here.

We were met at the airport and also had our room upgraded on arrival, which was a really pleasant surprise. We stayed for a week although one night on a cruise boat on Halong Bay, which was booked by the hotel. Everything in the room worked well, the breakfast was good and we had no problems at all. The thing... More

We recently stayed at The Landmark Hanoi Hotel from June 4-June 6, 2014. I booked a family room and a standard room. The standard room was upgraded when we checked-in, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was very nice. The decor was lovely and the rooms were clean. The A/C worked and there was hot water in the shower.... More

The staff is very attentive and always have a smile on their face. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels are provided daily. We received a free upgrade to a deluxe room instead of the double standard we booked. The bed is comfortably firm -good for our backs. Never had an issue with the shower or the AC unlike most... Its some two years since I last stayed at the Landmark despite having returned to Hanoi many times since. On my first visit I booked one of the cheap rooms which really is a false economy. The more expensive rooms are great value; very large and mine had a balcony, which I loved, its like having a suite. I paid... More

The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower is hot, the beds are comfortable but most of all we were impressed by the staff at Landmark. Always there to help and always so friendly (we didn't find that everywhere in Vietnam). The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter and walking distance from almost anything worth seeing/doing in Vietnam.

Clean rooms, amazing/helpful/friendly service, nice location AND complementary breakfast! What more could you want? Definitely worth the dong and worth checking out. So do it! Is this 200 characters yet?
