I stayed here for 3 nights over New Year. Because of the helpful Staff and good service, I decided to stay again in the middle of January. I enjoyed the second stay more, because I upgraded my room. It had a window overlooking the street and railway line (which I liked). I wasn't bothered by any noise. The desk Staff,... More

Excellent location, you can walk to all major tourist attractions easily. Lots of resturants and shops around, breakfast is also good. Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, warm and more than wiling to help, one of them even helped me negotiate a price with a local vendor!!! The gentleman at the desk is... More

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel because I read the review on TA but I honestly think most of them are overrated. I first wanted to have a standard room for 19$/night but when I saw the room the size of the bed without a window I asked for another room. I had a superior room which much bigger... More

I can only reiterate what others have said. The Landmark is a great little hotel, especially because of its friendly, helpful staff. Our room was large and had what we needed. We took advantage of their laundry service both before and after our trip to Halong Bay. They stored our luggage for us as well. The breakfast was good with... More

We spent roughly 5 days in and out of landmark but only actually stayed there one night. We organised a tour to Sapa through them for 2 days and 1 night which was good and they offered us a room and breakfast for the morning we got back so we had a chance to shower and rest before we were... More

I've been to Hanoi a few times and this is definitely the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are very big and super clean with good wifi and cable tv. The breakfast very very good and I can not give the staff enough praise. When we checked in they gave us an excellent map with really great local... More

Good position within walking distance to everything, good clean rooms and attentive staff however I had some money which I kept in my wash bag stolen albeit only about 10 USD however my friend had far more stolen from his room. Of course this was not noticed until after I had left otherwise I would have confronted the owners about... More

The most unique hotel I've ever stayed! It was a part of our Hanoi - Halong Tour, and even it got quite a modest looking the reception here was perfect, very caring and devoting. My room was a lovely twin room with 2 comfortable king side bed, very well-aired as it got a balcony. Most importantly, the staffs here were... More

A great place to be if you want to savor what Hanoi could possibly offer. We booked this hotel via Agoda at a very competitive rate, with very nice comments and good evaluation. After 2 nights staying, I had to admit that this hotel got a golden location that is really convenient to explore the old town of Hanoi: The... More

I can't imagine that a boutique hotel could please me so much like this hotel! I chose this hotel since it's very near the famous walking street and another famous market in Hanoi (named Xuan or something I couldn't remember exactly), and the price was quite reasonable so my expectation was quite low. But it turned out so different! They... More
