when we first arrived, it seemed our room was not ready/already booked, so we were taken to their sister hotel, the Rose Hotel. That was AWFUL. It was dirty and noisy, not at all what I had signed up for. Thankfully we only stayed there for one night, and once in the Landmark I was much happier. The room was... More

We used the Landmark hotel as a base and left some luggage there while traveling to Halong Bay and Sapa (Starting April 11th 2015). We paid a little extra for late check out (to Sapa) and early check in (from Sapa). Breakfast, pick up and drop off at airport was included in the original price. We booked the best room... More

I booked the place through agoda several months ago and found it to be cheap (at USD17 per night).Yes I read good reviews from other travelers about it, but I initially thought of so-so type of hotel as I associate it with the low cost. I am kind of traveler though that does not care about luxury for as long... More

Due to my own incompetence at booking the right date! This hotel were very accommodating, by finding a room in their sister hotel (the Rose-not as nice as the Landmark) but because they had to do this they ensured we had a lovely room with a balcony for the second night - and bear in mind this was my own... I stayed here for 3 nights over New Year. Because of the helpful Staff and good service, I decided to stay again in the middle of January. I enjoyed the second stay more, because I upgraded my room. It had a window overlooking the street and railway line (which I liked). I wasn't bothered by any noise. The desk Staff,... More

Excellent location, you can walk to all major tourist attractions easily. Lots of resturants and shops around, breakfast is also good. Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, warm and more than wiling to help, one of them even helped me negotiate a price with a local vendor!!! The gentleman at the desk is... More

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel because I read the review on TA but I honestly think most of them are overrated. I first wanted to have a standard room for 19$/night but when I saw the room the size of the bed without a window I asked for another room. I had a superior room which much bigger... More

I can only reiterate what others have said. The Landmark is a great little hotel, especially because of its friendly, helpful staff. Our room was large and had what we needed. We took advantage of their laundry service both before and after our trip to Halong Bay. They stored our luggage for us as well. The breakfast was good with... More

We spent roughly 5 days in and out of landmark but only actually stayed there one night. We organised a tour to Sapa through them for 2 days and 1 night which was good and they offered us a room and breakfast for the morning we got back so we had a chance to shower and rest before we were... More
