Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Room is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Breadfast is normal with limited choices. The room aircon is not very efficient and the shower set is also not working properly - difficult to adjust the temp and also low water pressure. WiFi is working withour problem in room or public area. Hotel... More

Nice small hotel surrounded by street food. Only 10-15 minutes walking distance from Old Quarter, far from touristy atmosphere and it's near to local plaza selling groceries and electronics. What makes my stay incredible is when I got ripped off by taxi driver and the staff went out (Ms. Hai, if I'm not mistaken) helped me arguing, and most importantly... More

The hotel is situated at the Old Quarter on a not so clean street compare with other streets around the hotel. The hotel and room is clean including bathroom. Breakfast is basic buffet style but one can also make an order for other items such as bacon, ommelet or asian items like fried rice, noodles. Staff is very helpful and... More

We stayed here twice, either side of a cruise in Ha Long Bay and on our return they upgraded us to a deluxe room while matching Agodas price for a standard room. Nice touch! Breakfast was basic but cooked to order (bacon, eggs, sausages) and there is fruit and tasty baguettes available buffet style. Had an issue with the air... More

We got good rates for this hotel, and for our first two nights we were upgraded to a larger room. Huge room, small balcony, all good. Free breakfast included in rates, just ask for what you want at breakfast. We then went to Halong Bay before returning to this hotel. Our room was a bit smaller (but still a very... More

The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Guaranteed great tours booked via the hotel. I like it's location and love the food stalls in the street. It is a short walk to the Night Markets or Hoan Kiem Lake. I recommend an early morning walk to the lake to see a combination of yoga and line dancing. Join in. It's... More

We booked for three nights, but got moved twice without prior notice between this and the hotel attached to it that is part of the same chain. The location is great, located in the French Old Quarter with a lot of amenities and nice restaurants around. The rooms are OK, but quite small.

Stayed in Landmark Hotel for five nights in May 2015. Decent sized rooms for 19USD a night. Basically, you get what you pay for. Basic cooked breakfast included. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. The hotel is located away from the main drag so good if you are looking for a quiet location. It is appox. a 10... More

when we first arrived, it seemed our room was not ready/already booked, so we were taken to their sister hotel, the Rose Hotel. That was AWFUL. It was dirty and noisy, not at all what I had signed up for. Thankfully we only stayed there for one night, and once in the Landmark I was much happier. The room was... More
