Traveling by yourself isn't a easy tasks, even if you already had an idea where to go and where to stay. Stuffs happen: Traffic jam, communication failed, banking down ... anything of the sort even when you're traveling with friends. And unfortunately all of this led me to a last-minute check-in at Landmark Hanoi hotel.Luckily, all of the exhaustion of... More

Despite not staying at Hanoi much, I still remembered the experience having here mostly due to the fantastic services received at Landmark Hanoi Hotel. For a very reasonable price I got a comfy bed, heartful services - not to mention that it's last-minute booking and happened purely by chances when I had no idea where to stay at such a... More

We stopped off here for a shower and a rest after a night on a sleeper train. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay here again, I wish we had more time.

My 'classic' room was a bit different from the photos- about 7' x12' and no window. But, it was clean with good a/c and wifi. I didn't spend much time in the room so it was okay, but if not having a window matters, ask for one. I'll be staying at a different place on the way back through Hanoi.

We spent 3 nights here in April. The rooms are not quite as swish as the photos suggest - but everything is clean and works. The staff are very helpful, the hotel is in a good central location, the breakfast really nice. When we go back to Ha Noi, we'll stay here.

We were met at the airport and also had our room upgraded on arrival, which was a really pleasant surprise. We stayed for a week although one night on a cruise boat on Halong Bay, which was booked by the hotel. Everything in the room worked well, the breakfast was good and we had no problems at all. The thing... More

We recently stayed at The Landmark Hanoi Hotel from June 4-June 6, 2014. I booked a family room and a standard room. The standard room was upgraded when we checked-in, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was very nice. The decor was lovely and the rooms were clean. The A/C worked and there was hot water in the shower.... More

The staff is very attentive and always have a smile on their face. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels are provided daily. We received a free upgrade to a deluxe room instead of the double standard we booked. The bed is comfortably firm -good for our backs. Never had an issue with the shower or the AC unlike most...
