We stayed in this hotel 2 nights during our vacation to vietnam in Hanoi. It is located in the very busy old quarter, close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. The staff was friendly, good houskeeping, ok breakfast with bad coffee. The room/bathroom size were good, air conditioner was cooling down the room fast, large bed, but the bed spread... More

First of all, the staff is great, very helpful and kind. But so are the vast majority of people in Vietnam! Don't be fooled by the side street: the location is perfect, steps form Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Just wonderful!

Centrally located in old quarter, clean rooms ,friendly staff , who were very helpful re tours etc . A lovely quiet bar on 8 th floor with good views of lake , a haven from the noise of the city ! Breakfast ok ,had marmelaide but coffee cold and way too sweet . Take time to look around the immediate... More

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was excellent value for money. We were staying in a junior suite with a small balcony. The room was well maintained, clean and large. I especially liked the huge bathroom. The breakfasts at the hotel were... More

Helpful reception staff - swift checkin & checkout, good English spoken, easily checked for opening times and days of the obscure museum (B52). Bell boy fine safe store of suitcases. Nice touch providing umbrella just going to car. Whilst location is great to walk around this area, like most of the streets out of the front door it's crazy with cars... More

The staff here were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic - right in the old quarter. Our room was high up and facing away from the street so very quiet. We stayed one night before going to Halong Bay then came back for four nights. The single night we had in a cheaper room that would... More

What makes this Hotel one of the best is the dedicated and professional staff and the location. The location is right in the old quarter down a narrow lane way which maybe difficult for a taxi to find, but if your guide meets you at the airport this is not an issue. Our room was a little on the small... More

We (family of four) spent 4 nights at this great hotel in early Sept.2014. (Except for the hot weather) we had a blast. The Airport pickup/return was good. Annie helped to arrange a wonderful trip to Halong Bay (a must-go wonder) via the Paradise Luxury cruises (We think it would be more expensive if we'd booked directly ourselves) We loved... More

If judging this hotel by its appearance, then I could not believe that inside the building it is quaint, modernised and have a very helpful and friendly staff. This place would only be about 5 metres wide and is typical of the narrow style buildings found in Hanoi. But it has a boutique look about it and the rooms, although... More

Three nights in a Junior Suite with Balcony. The room was a decent size. Two beds, two chairs, table, writing desk, wardrobe. We certainly weren't tripping over each other! The "balcony" was about two feet wide, so you could stand, but not sit and you overlook the street. It was a very quiet street, so I don't know why some... More
