Hotel was great. Rooms are really good and clean. The staff was very helpful, they help us to organize our trip to sapa and halon bay, and booking other hotels in vietnam. They give us a room to take a shower when we arrived from sapa and halong bay. I really recommend this hotel if you stay in Hanoi a... More

We were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful little hotel right in the middle of all the action, on a pedestrianised street food street, in the middle of the Old Quarter. As there were three of us, the hotel upgraded us to a suite, which were two rooms, with a little kitchenette area and it was just marvelous. We were on... More

We stayed twice at Hanoi Sky Hotel and it was a perfect quality for the price. The staff is absolutely nice and helpful, the hotel is well located in "food street", really easy to discover the old city by foot. The room is pleasant, nice and clean. Well I recommend this hotel if you're staying in Hanoi!

I liked this hotel , the location was good nice pedestranisd street nice streetfood bars and restaurants. Helpful staff . Breakfast was good. Room was nice a little small but not a problem. Staff did that bit extra e.g saw us going out when it was about to rain and sorted out umbrellas for us to borrow.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Small, but well appointed rooms, nicely fitted with wooden floors and contemporary furniture. Right on a street that is full of street food shops which is really vibrant at night. No noise disturbance though.

Good position (quiet street with a lot of local restaurants and small bars, short walk to the old town). The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety of Viet food. Staff is nice.

My wife and I stayed at the Hanoi sky for two nights (one either side of a trip to Halong Bay). The hotel were very proactive before our stay in organising pick up from the airport which cost us $16 and was well worth it. During our visit to Halong Bay the hotel held any bags we didn't want to... More

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with many options to pick from. The staff are professional and very nice and help full. The travel agency through the hotel - a bit pricy but the tours (Saps and Halong bay) were good). We would stay there again.
