Stayed here for 3 nights 27/4-29/4/13 arriving at 8.00am.Despite prearranging an early check in the rooms were not ready until 10.00am and when allocated were very small.Following a complaint we were relocated after the first night the replacement rooms were much better,however what rest we did have was disruppted by the construction work which started at 7.00am and went on... The one, and only downside to my stay here was that the Hotel was carrying out some construction. As a result there was quite a degree of noise, that penetrated throughout the rooms. “Great Hotel in a fantastic location”

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything about it was wonderful. The staff we fantastic and the location was perfect. This hotel deserves every good review that it recieves. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a wonderful central hotel to see all the wonderful sights that Hanoi has to offer

No complaints at all. Its a small hotel so the buffet breakfast spread isnt great but the limited choices they have is really tasty. Really good hot rain shower & spacious bathroom.
