Stayed in the hotel 3nights. Had a nice clean twin room for 32$. Really nice staff, breakfast was okey. After the stay we went for a 2day trip. They kept our luggage for us (we didnt have a room anymore) and were allowed to use the bathroom/shower when we came back. Even got some free coffee/tea for the 3hours we... More

Vietnam is a great place to visit, it provides great cultural experience and there is much to learn. Hanoi, the capital city has a lot to offer; lots of museums, temples and historic sites, getting around is not very easy as it is a very congested city. It’s nice if you have a guide or arrange a trip with some... More

This place is only 5-10 min walk away from city centre, all tourists attractions are close by. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast included is a good assortment of vietnamese noodles and omelettes. What sets this place apart is its service. The staff speaks good english and very helpful. They helped us with airport transfers, booking taxi's, finding great... More

I'm Vietnamese American and was quite apprehensive about my first trip to Vietnam. I've heard from so many sources...internet, friends, family...that I should be extremely careful and that this was not an easy trip for even a seasoned traveler. Thank God for Tim. He took care of our every want or need. He was always quick to offer food or... More

Catching early flight never gives a good mood for me, even for holiday. Zombie mode is always applied. But greeted by Tim with his great hospitality when we were arrived is very mood lifting. His sincere greetings, his offer for us to join the late breakfast (since he knows that we were having very early flight), his service to introduce... More

I stayed at Tu Linh Palace during the last leg of my trip to Vietnam earlier this month and have nothing but good things to say! First all the customer services here is exceptional. The staff are amazing and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. It is easy to see that all the staff work very hard to make each... More

It's hard to spot anything from Pho Hang Ha. The old town is a maze to jar the senses with its dirt, noise and terrifying traffic BUT it's incredible how, inside this hotel, peace reigns. They have clean rooms, a nice breakfast buffet including fresh seasonal fruit and those yummy little sweet Vietnamese rolls, coffee and REAL BLACK TEA which... More

We arrived to vietnam and our first stop was Hanoi and to stay in this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff on arrival, they helped us to take in our bags from the taxi. They also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. The staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was fresh cooked omelette with... More

Tu Linh Palace Hotel is an amazing hotel that offers 5-star service at a minimum cost. The staff are all very warm and lovely and the hotel itself is well maintained and strategically located within the Old Quarter (a beautiful place to visit!). Forget the big hotel chains that charge exorbitant prices for less than stellar customer service: this hotel... More

Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel ahead of our stay and ended up staying for almost a week. The location was very good in the Old Quarter, the hotel was nice with new, very clean rooms with en suite, flat screen telly, mini-fridge etc. There was also free tea and coffee and fresh fruit available at any time of...
