We stayed at Tu Linh Palace Hotel for 4 nights and we liked it so much, that we decided to return there 2 times more during our transfers via Hanoi. The place is very good for discovering the old quarter of Hanoi, you can get to main attractions in no more than half an hour walk. Rooms are clen and... More

This was out first hotel to stay in in Vietnam, and we were very impressed. Located slap bang in the middle of the Old Quarter, it is very close to everything. Staff are very welcoming and Tim especially goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. Rooms are great - nice bed, nice bathroom, wifi, fridge... More

We've stayed in a lot of hotels over the past months, but Tu Linh has made us feel most at home. All the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, they really cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is great, and the all-day free coffee, tea, water and fruit offered is a wonderful little extra, it was great to get... More

Of all the different hotels we stayed in during our time travelling around Vietnam, this was without doubt the best place we stayed. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, our room was clean, modern, well-sized and comfortable (both times we stayed) and the breakfast was good. Can't beat it for the price. When we returned to Tu Linh... More

We stayed twice at Tu Linh Palace Hotel (4 nights) because this place is amazing in Hanoi! Tim does a great job by helping all the customers (organizing your trips around Hanoi, laundry service and everything else you do not always get from hotel staff)! Tim is also very friendly and welcomes the guests in an exceptional way. You should... More

After reading many amazing reviews about this hotel we had high expectations, and we were not let down! I have never met more welcoming staff who could not do enough to help you, from calling a cab to finding and booking flights! We were welcomed with a smile and offered lots of fruit and drinks upon arrival. The staff were... More

The hotel was very welcoming. We stayed here on our first 2 nights in Vietnam. We were meant to get one of the best rooms, however on the last day when vacating the room, we looked into the room opposite which was being cleaned and it was much bigger and better. The breakfast is fairly standard, toast, fruit, and omelette... More

At the Tu Linh Palace you are home. It was a gem in Hanoi for an incredible price. The staff are happy to help and genuinely care about you. It was an excellent place to come back to after a long day out in Hanoi. The breakfast was great as was the location. Couldn't have been happier with the Tu... More
