The rooms are slightly tiny, but they are very nicely decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast is good value for money. The location is really good too, short walking distance anywhere. But the thing that makes Tu Linh awesome is their incredible service! They must have one of the most friendly staff I have met, who are ready to do... More

Well worth the extra few dollars per night. The staff are warm-hearted and extremely helpful. They had no hesitation helping us get things done here in Hanoi. They did a great job of making it feel like home. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. I am able to keep working productively on the little desk in there; They have... More

The hotel is well situated in the old quarter, the rooms are nice, with a modern touch and very clean. Breakfast is extensive and very good. There is a buffet but you can order things from a menu as well. However, the best about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, warm and helpful, especially with the... We stayed at Tu Linh Palace over the new year holiday period. It was an extremely busy time but the hotel staff made sure they looked after us. Vanbinh and Quyen were great and answered all our questions. Rooms small but clean, breakfast was very good.

Originally we didn't know of Tu Lihn Palace Hotel, we were booked to stay at Little Hanoi Hostel 2 but with the person who stayed in the room prior to us got sick, therefore the room wasn't available. These two businesses are connected so we got transferred to Tu Lihn Palace Hotel for free and paid no extra, so we... More

Very friendly and proffesional stuff, accomodation and services quality overcomes exacting expectations. Also very good location in Hanoi old town. Overall, we got more than expected for the money we paid. No need to search more in Hanoi, just go for this and there is no regret. The stuff is careful and understanding even after we checked out. We really... More

In a great location towards the edge of the Old Town just near the corner of the Bamboo Ladder makers. I spent 6 days here in February 15, and used it as a base to thoroughly explore this vibrant , wonderful city and it's many fine galleries and museums. The staff are very friendly and Quyen the manager will go... More

Small but very nice rooms and fine bathroom. Breakfast included. Very very friendly staff. If you want to go to Sapa, book it through the hotel. The homestay at Red Dzao family was the paramount of our stay in North Vietnam. We were allowed to leave some baggage here while we were visiting Ha Long Bay and Sapa. Even though... More

Staff were nice. Rooms were nice. Although there was funky smell coming from drains in bathroom. Noisy street and our room was right on it. I would request other side of hotel next time. Breakfast was good. Busy and popular hotel.
