Stay here on two occasions whilst in Hanoi. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. The rooms are spacious clean, comfortable and have good amenities. Breakfast is provided, with a good selection of Vietnamese and Western food. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant and found the food to be some... More

This is our second stay here on our Vietnam holiday. Got back today from Halong Bay. Steve at reception has been fantastic. Pending our transfer tonight to Sapa train, he has arranged a room for the four of us to relax, shower etc. While checking in I mentioned I had an issue with my ATM card. He offered to give... More

Loved the location in the old quarter: quite a luxury hotel right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of local life. Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant offered a varied and reasonably priced menu, breakfast was abundant and staff were very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage while we were on a Ha Long Bay cruise and... More

The best part of this hotel is the very helpful staff and the location in the old quarter. The second best part was that It is the only hotel that I can remember which had all the snacks and drinks complimentary. This is a great thought on part of the management at a small cost. In the evening the street... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked an indulgence package that included our accommodation, breakfast, airport transfers, an overnight cruise to Halong Bay on the Bhaya, dinner in the hotel restaurant and tickets to the water puppets. We thought this package was great value for money and the hotel stored our luggage while we... More

I stayed here in July 2013 and we're booked for two visits of 2 and 3 nights each and am belatedly making my review. I travelled with my husband and 4 sons so wanted to stay somewhere convenient to the old town but also comfortable for all of us. The hotel had a problem with our room on arrival (... More

A lovely stay here in Hanoi. Really central and easy to find. Service is simply outstanding. The staff here really know their stuff and are only too willing to help. The rooms are spot on and bathrooms well appointed. Thoroughly recommended.

From the pics we thought this property would be kind of 'blah', as it looks like a generic white hotel on their website. Fortunately we followed my fellow TA contributors' advice and booked here. It is a very charming little place, with lovely rooms (loved that the shower amenities are provided in little masonry jars!), friendly service and an excellent... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A lovely quiet retreat from the hectic life on the streets. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. They have many useful recommendations. Our room was comfortable and quiet. A very comfy bed and even a laptop in the room for internet access. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant is definitely... More

The hotel location could not be any better and the staff is the most attentive we have ever experienced. Rooms are VERY nice and it is a lovely place to stay while in the bustle of Hanoi. The restaurant serves great Pho soup and excellent coffee. We highly recommend this hotel if you want a taste of Old Quarter Hanoi.... More
