Excellent stay for 4 nights with one night in between at Halong Bay. Staff were friendly and remembered details about our trip. Organised things for us like postage, airport pick up, luggage storage. Restaurant had great quality food at affordable prices. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend this hotel.
