Hotel Hibiscus is a gem. A wonderful place to stay with a professional staff always willing to help. We felt very welcome here and enjoyed our time a great deal. It is a great location very centrally located in the city and is accessible to many places in Hanoi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and has the amenities that you... More

I stayed in this hotel as a respite from backpacking, just for 2 nights. It was lovely, with a big comfortable bed, a real shower, television, etc. The bed had petals on it, which was a nice touch! The staff were friendly and wanted to ensure that I had a good stay. There was heavy rain for one night (monsoon?)... More

Excellent Wifi, clean rooms, comfy bed, and friendly staff. The shower has a door on it! Peter booked our trip to Halong Bay and we ended up getting a better price than others on the same trip. Conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter this place is a solid option.

Absolute legend staff! Very helpful. Clean, lush rooms with great beds and linen. Glass door shower was my highlight. Your crap doesn't get wet!!! Wow. Two doors up from hanoi backpackers so all the benefits of meeting travellers but a quiet dark private room to escape to. Prices are very reasonable.

Front desk attendant Duc was very accommodating upon arrival. He rearranged the room and brought in an extra mattress so we could sleep 3 comfortably. Room was very clean and wifi connection was great. The evening attendant Thai was so friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend the Hibiscus hotel on service alone, but it was lovely stay all... Nice rooms, clean sheets, fast wifi, lots of cable channels, super friendly and helpful staff. These are some of the best reasons to stay in this hotel. It's location is also very good as it's near a lot of places to eat, stores to buy souvenirs from and some tourist attractions as well. It's a really good budget hotel. But,... More

Came to this hotel after checking out especen that only had one room that we did not like. This one at $22 a night seemed like a good value. The room is not very big but the bed was very comfy and everything worked. The best part is this was the first room in Vietnam with budget rates that had... More

We stayed here two nights( two couples traveling together). Paid $22 for a front room, $20USD for a backside room. Both were nice, clean, fresh white linens, clean mini fridge, comfortable bed (a rare thing in Vietnam for 20 bucks). Staff was very professional. Online rates are pricier than walk in rates though. We were able to bargain on the... More

We stayed at Hibiscus one night after staying two nights at the next door backpackers hostel (not worth it). At Hibiscus we paid 20$ (400.000 dong/ night) but we could have bargain a bit more. The room was clean, quite spacious. Bathroom fine with warm water. A/C working. What made the difference was the breakfast (included) which was quite big:... More

Our experience in Hanoi was just outstanding! It's a very charming city where the lifestyle is laid back and the people are wonderful. Hanoi Hibiscus started our trip the ideal way, with attentive Mr. Ha tending to our every need. He was consistently there, going above and beyond his call of duty, just to make sure we were happy and... More
