I travelled with my mother and her colleagues and we found our stay in Hanoi Hibiscus very enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel gives you value for your money and we were very happy and relaxed in our trip to Hanoi. Aside from the spacious and clean rooms and good brrakfast, one of the highlights of our stay was hotel manager,... More

I've ever been to this hotel last year. I love this hotel even I got the wrong room type at the first night but the owner helped me a lot and he is so nice. That's why i still stayed at this hotel for 3 consecutive nights. It's very convenience to walk around and it's very close to St Joseph... More

The highlight of this hotel is the manager, Peter. After booking one night in the hotel, we contacted him to book organised trips to Sapa and Ha Long bay. He booked these for us months in advance without any deposit and the trips were fantastic. Then, once we'd returned from Sapa on the night train at 4:30am, he very kindly... More

Peter made our stay at Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel feel like we were family. He was really attentive, honest and trustworthy. When you travel on a reasonable budget this is the best place you can stay in Hanoi.Located in a small backpacker street without traffic, a lot of restaurants and travel agencies. Rooms and breakfast are fine. On top of this is Peter the manager. I have travelled a lot but never met one like him, a professional who does everything... More

The staff (or owner?) was really helpfull. We could leave a package for a few days even before checking inn. The bed has a very good mattress and the bedrooms have a nice decoration and are spacious. It is suggested to take the car the hotel offer to the airport as it is cheaper than a taxi. Breakfast is good... More

Hotel located in the old quarter. About 5 min. walk to the West Lake. Many restaurants near the hotel. Room was big enough, breakfast was nice. Next time will chose Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel again, it's really good place to discover old quarter.
