When you travel on a reasonable budget this is the best place you can stay in Hanoi.Located in a small backpacker street without traffic, a lot of restaurants and travel agencies. Rooms and breakfast are fine. On top of this is Peter the manager. I have travelled a lot but never met one like him, a professional who does everything... More

The staff (or owner?) was really helpfull. We could leave a package for a few days even before checking inn. The bed has a very good mattress and the bedrooms have a nice decoration and are spacious. It is suggested to take the car the hotel offer to the airport as it is cheaper than a taxi. Breakfast is good... More

Hotel located in the old quarter. About 5 min. walk to the West Lake. Many restaurants near the hotel. Room was big enough, breakfast was nice. Next time will chose Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel again, it's really good place to discover old quarter.

we arrived three days ago and Peter just took care of us and was always helpful and smart. The hotel is clean and nice furniture, you have w-lan for free and the breakfast is a la carte, which is really good. The old quarter is welcoming you with the heart there und you can always ask Peter for advise. You... More

We stayed here for 1 night early into our trip. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are comfortable. Located in the old quarter and in walking distance to pretty much everything- any taxis could be booked at reception. We pre booked two trips before arriving- Halong Bay (excellent) and Sapa Trekking (tiring but amazing views) What made... More

Peter is very helpful. He booked our trip to perfume pagoda (which is an excellent exerperience) gave great food recommendations and also took care of my motorbike while I was in Halong Bay. I recommend the Deluxe Room because it has a cool view of the street and the room is clean.

We had a great stay at the Hibiscus, the room was clean, spacious and secure, and the complimentary breakfast and fresh juice were excellent! Peter was a great help, arranging our trip to Ha Long Bay and train tickets to Hue. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi on a budget!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel very much! The room was spacious and neat. The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful in arranging a taxi for us and helping us to get around the city. The breakfast was delicious and as it is served in a communal area, we got to meet and chat with some... More
