Spent 3 nights at hibiscus, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, spacious and had a nice little balcony. Centrally located, the hotel is a short walk to most attractions in Hanoi. Breakfast included was good but most importantly the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

After traveling on a backpackers budget through Vietnam for 3 weeks, I decided to book a nice hotel for a couple of days. I had a beautiful, modern styled room at the Hanoi Hibiscus hotel! The bed was more comfortable than mine at home, large windows, balcony, refrigerator, TV, and air con were all great. PLUS a real divided shower... More

My boyfriend and I had a really wonderful experience staying at Hibiscus Hotel, I thoroughly recommend staying here in Hanoi. Peter, the manager, was so friendly, helpful and generous, he always had time to help us out with advice and information, and good Vietnamese coffee! the rooms are fresh, bright and clean, with good AC and a good bathroom. Thanks to Peter and his team, our stay at the hibiscus was very enjoyable. We don't have anything negative to say at all. The rooms were comfy and clean. No noise from the room we were in (408) considering the busy life on the streets. We were on the 4th floor and a staff member carried our cases (weighing 30kg)... More

As a travelling couple we couldn't have wished for better value for money at this hotel. The manager, Peter, speaks fantastic English and went out of his way to provide great service, tourist advice and ensure our visit, not just at the hotel, but in Hanoi in general, was as pleasant and colourful as possible. Particular convenience would be the... More

The location was ideal for us situated about 5 mins walk from centre but enjoyable walk through the little streets. The Accommodation Rooms price is competitive and reasonable . The staff are very friendly and helpful always ready to help if needed.

My partner and I booked the Hibiscus Hotel in Hanoi from the states for our first night in Vietnam. We were so happy to find it had full showers (unlike many backpacker hotels we've stayed in in the country) and helpful, friendly staff. Peter helped us book a lovely tour in Ha Long Bay on short notice and provided wonderful,... More

I stayed in this hotel as a respite from backpacking, just for 2 nights. It was lovely, with a big comfortable bed, a real shower, television, etc. The bed had petals on it, which was a nice touch! The staff were friendly and wanted to ensure that I had a good stay. There was heavy rain for one night (monsoon?)... More
