Beware!! Upon our arrival, we were told that they over booked and we would need to be moved to their other hotel. The other hotel was of a lesser rating and the rooms were not deluxe as we had paid for at this Aquarius hotel. The staff was very difficult when trying to discuss this and kept interrupting us to... booked 2 triple bedrooms. 1 had a faulty air con. the staff (receptionist) was pro-active and made the necessary arrangements to have the room changed. Rooms needs some work as the fittings look old. The shower has very low pressure. Huge comfortable beds and the rooms are clean. Location is superb!

We stayed at Aquarius for 2 nights. The spacious room was clean and the beds and sheets comfortable. The only thing was our room didn't have a real window, not a deal breaker since we don't really hang out in the room during the day anyways. The hotel is very conveniently located, lots of good food options and very close... More

We had a late night flight arrival so we booked two nights, first night arrived at 1:30am and were still greeted with friendly smiles. Our room was quiet small and had no windows, but was very clean and had all we needed... A comfy bed! We then went on a overnight tour to Halong bay, but booked a further 3... More

We stayed here for three nights, rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Good location in the old quarter as all the shuttles pick you up from there. Definitely recommend for nice accommodation that doesn't break the budget!

Really nice place, breakfast is ok and located near the lake. Don't hear anything of the chaos and scooters from outside in your room. Big room with airco, wifi and own laptop/computer in your room. The staff is very helpfull and kind but we were not very amused about the way mr. Tom pushes you to book trips via him.... More

All the staff are very friendly and hospitable! They treat their guests more like friends rather than customers. Mr Huy gave us travel tips and recommendations on the nice local food & where we can find them. Also, our transport from airport to hotel is provided for free by the hotel management! The hotel room is huge. We booked a... More

the rooms are a little small nothing fancy but the service and location were top notch. every single person at the hotel greeted us every time we saw them and went out of there way to help us any way they could. they even walked us down the street to show us a good restaurant. thehotel was located in a... Good location, clean. Sockets in the room are a hit and miss, don't know why the hotel don't just replace them, would not take much. Staff are a little over friendly, wanting you to purchase trips with them. Don't bother I say, can get them cheaper at other travel agencies. A hotel should be a hotel and just that, if... More
